I just experienced the worse case of customer service at this location. I call in my order and did not arrive until a half an hour later. There was a line and people waiting for their food. There was a man in there with a child that was crying from hunger. The person (short blonde hair) behind the counter was not only slow but rude. She stopped waiting on customers in the middle of their order to answer the phone. The food sat at the window until she felt like getting them. I asked her to wait on the guy with crying child first as they has been waiting for over an hour for their food. She told me he has to wait and proceeded to take my money. When the guys order finally came up which had been sitting in the window the whole time, it was the wrong order. He then asked for his money back which he had to wait for the owner who came out asking a bunch of question about why he wanted his money back and also hesitated to give him the money. The girl behind the counter who stood there watching instead of giving other people their order. I then received my order and she was very rude about handing me my food. Bottom line, I will never be returning back to that location if that is the customer service I have to receive, got home and my food was cold Beware of getting food from the Stonecrest location of WNB wing factory........poor customer service...
Read moreJerry C is the worst manager. I placed an order on Jan 1,2024 my wings was friend to hard and fries cold. I called about replacement order they agreed to it. I go to restaurant on Jan 12,2024 to pick up my replacement order Jerry was the manager that assisted me. He asked for my receipt which I had but when I handed it to him he snatched it out my hand. His attitude is horrible and customer service unprofessional. I don’t allow disrespect and he’s very disrespectful for snatching the receipt because my food was horrible.
To Jerry I don’t have a problem with apologizing which you never allowed me. When you snatched from me you immediately acted as if you didn’t snatched. When I first called and reported my order incorrect I told the lady I want be able to come till around the 12th she told me to keep my receipt which I did. Also, they asked me my name when I called over the phone. As for witness it can go both was and I have recording as well. All I am asking for is a remake of my food that I paid for on Jan 1,2024. When I arrived to pick up the order, I calmly asked if the food had already been prepared because I suspected the order might be fraudulent — it was 60 tenders for $2, extremely close by, and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. I’ve done over 3,000 deliveries and never seen anything like that.
While I was explaining my concern, the merchant cut me off and told me that if I canceled the order, I would be banned from the store. That’s not only unprofessional — it’s a threat. As a Dasher, I have every right to flag suspicious activity and act in the best interest of the customer, myself, and even the store.
Despite all that, I returned to the store and even offered to complete the order to avoid conflict. But the merchant still refused to let me continue the delivery.
I’m not attacking anyone’s character — I’m stating facts. If there’s surveillance, I fully welcome it being reviewed. It will confirm I raised a valid concern, conducted myself respectfully, and was the one being dismissed and threatened.
