Called Monday 1/20/25 around 2:00 to ask about exchanging a bracelet that was bought as a Christmas gift. I explained I live out of state, and inquired about exchanging for a style more suited to me as the leather was a little bit stiff for my liking. I was told to call back Wednesday and talk to a manager. The woman then continued to try to help, which was none at all, claiming it was their best selling bracelet. Your sales don’t pertain to what I choose to wear and was completely irrelevant and rude. I called back today 1/22/25 and spoke with a manager, who told me that a woman had already come in and exchanged a bracelet, I explained to him that it wasn’t me as I live in Virginia and haven’t been up there in the past week to do so. He reiterated what he had previously said, and added “ unless I’m just loosing my mind.” The fact that you would insinuate that I am trying to scam you is unbelievable. I explained my situation again and he retorted with “well doesn't your mom live up here?” Number one this is irrelevant to my exchange. If I’m in possession of the bracelet in Virginia what is someone in Connecticut without the item or receipt going to do? Besides that my mother and I live in the same house in the same state of Warrenton Virginia. He came to the conclusion that I should just write my information on a piece of paper along with the item number I want and send it back. After this interaction I won’t as so much even walk past your store. You are completely disrespectful. Attached is a photo of the top of the receipt, you as the manager because I know you’ll read this, can lookup my receipt number and see I never exchanged it and when it was purchased, your attitude towards customers is beyond foul, and to assume someone’s trying to pull a fast one is...
Read moreThere was some girl wearing all pink helping us as my mother, sister, and I got matching permanent bracelets in honor of my grandmother. She was incredibly rude to my little sister. She Had more than an attitude and was downright nasty. She shouldn't be customer facing at all. We have multiple different forms of permanent jewelry ranging everywhere from a necklace to anklets and I have NEVER seen it done so unprofessionally. In my experience at multiple other places a small piece of leather was used as protection against the skin and it wasn't done here. After asking about it she was able to produce a small piece of leather but not without an eye roll and a scoff. So disappointing. The bracelet didn't last a week before it fell off and my mothers and sisters fell off as well. I will never return to this store because of the interaction with the saleswoman and I can't help but tell people to stay away from it as it was truly upsetting. I'm sorry to the...
Read moreAlyssa was a wonderful sales associate. She helped my fiancé and I pick out a new ring for him after he lost his. She was extremely patient while him and I were extremely indecisive because there were so many great options. She was friendly, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond with her service and I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed. She also maintained composure despite our over tired baby who needed a nap lol The ring she helped us decide on is beautiful (It's even prettier in the sun!) I typically don't enjoy jewelry shopping because the customer service feels very impersonal and like they're trying to push sales, but I didn't feel that way here. She listened to our wants and our budget and allowed us to take our time trying multiple rings until we found one we were happy with. Will definitely be back for future jewelry based on the customer service alone. Thank you...
