When I first signed up with a friend, the THEN manager told us we had a three month commitment and could cancel anytime as it was a “special” they were running. She rushed us through signing our contracts on a small iPad that was having “technical errors” and didn’t make it clear that it will be at least 140$ to cancel or 99$ to cancel immediately. I had surgery and called to cancel and ask why I was still being charged and the woman (Laura) I spoke to on the phone said she would cancel my “subscription.” The three months we were told were our obligation were already up but Laura, who was as rude and snobby as one could be said that a 60 day notice was required and had to be signed in person. That’s not possible when you’re in the hospital and also NOT what we were told and without being able to read a contract on a broken iPad, also not what we signed. On October 19 Laura verbally said she would cancel my membership due to me being in the hospital for surgery for a very extended time and also not being able to drive …and I am still being charged. When I was charged AGAIN I called my bank to inform them that my contract was cancelled. My bank called Hotworx who then told my bank the exact opposite. Today Nov 30th Laura confirmed AGAIN that she spoke to me in October, and would cancel my subscription verbally so she “didn’t have to deal with me.” this is a scam. While working out you can’t hear the instructors because the front desk blasts their music. No one is at the front desk until well into the afternoon, so good luck speaking to anyone or even being able to cancel your subscription. It’s the hotel California, you can get in but you...

I signed up 3 weeks ago and love Hotworx! There are so many classes, it's clean, 24/7 access, staff is very friendly, and you can easily manage your classes on their app.

I still love working out in the infrared saunas. I have a bad hip and can't row or cycle anyplace else. The heat is a miracle solution for getting rid of my pain. You follow virtual instructors on TVs in the saunas and the app allows you to sign up for classes and check out your individual 90 day challenge. I get a free month every 90 days because I log my classes in the app.

The next goal I have is to become a Hotworx Ambassador by getting 3 more (already have 7) people to sign up and use my name as who referred you. Once anyone hits this goal, it's 12 months free!!

OBSESSED. I wish I joined sooner. I joined a week ago and have been there every day since lol I love it so much. Heather the manager is amazing- so patient, friendly, and helpful! Chloe was super helpful as well. The saunas are ssooo nice and it feels so good to know I am detoxing my body while scorching calories! I have loved every single class I have taken and truly appreciate the Hot Stretch class so much (I NEED IT!) 2 of my friends joined after trying it out with me and it's so fun to go together too! Our new girls night is now at Hotworx lol. They have so many fun incentives to keep you motivated, and me being the competitive person I am really pushes me and helps me that much more!
