I'm only giving 1 star because the screen he replaced on my Macbook is fine. However, he told me I needed to replace my battery due to swelling.

With the new "battery" he replaced my laptop goes from 100% to 6% within 20 minutes off the charger, it's been like this since I got my laptop back!!!

I cannot use my laptop for more than 20 minutes off the charger! It's basically useless as a laptop now.

I didn't even bother making a complaint because I would have had to wait another 6+ weeks to get my laptop back since he ships equipment to a third party manufactuer.

I wish I would have just paid APPLE the extra money to just fix it, correctly.

Beyond happy with my service at iDropped today. I took my daughters old iPhone after purchasing her a new one(again..for the millionth time). The old phone had a bunch of cracks on the screen and I was putting off getting it fixed because I wasn’t sure where to go. Someone had mentioned iDropped to me as I am new to this area and I finally came in to see if they could help me. This place is absolutely horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before I brought my daughter‘s phone there. Andrew Martin is very rude and extremely nasty to his customers. I went in to his store with a perfectly good working phone and asked him to fix the back glass Two days later the phone stopped working. I had to then pay somebody else to find out that the back glass that he put on had water in it and it fried out my motherboard so I had to pay my insurance on my cell phone carrier for another phone.
