Bob is not only an amazing computer repair professional he is welcoming, no weird feeling of entering his office as another person without a clue of what's wrong with their computer. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, FROM INITIAL INQUIRY TO COMPLETION OF THE REPAIR. He even helped me restart my computer when I got it home. My problem was the blue screen of death. He not only fixed the problem, he did it in a couple of hours. My 10 year old desktop had run out of memory. Anxious is not enough to describe the feeling of losing a decade of memories, hundreds of pictures, e-mails and saved information - Bob restored EVERYTHING! Outstanding work. My wife's computer wouldn't start up and we would have lost all of our photos; 6 years worth. My computer was in an endless start loop, start menu didn't show apps, among other issues.
