WL Appliances — Local services in Stuart

I ran across an add on Offer Up about a business selling appliances that were discounted way below retail by the name of “Appliance's 4 Less”, so I enquired. The associate was quick to respond to my online questions so I decided to go out and check out the establishment. When I arrived I was welcomed and greeted by the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind staff members who helped me identify and pick out the appliance that was the best for me. Delivery was a breeze, they allowed me to pick the date for delivery. When the delivery crew arrived they were efficient and on-time and most of all very kind. And the savings are amazing!!! Overall I saved $1000+ by purchasing my scratch and dent appliance from “Appliances 4 Less”. Made an online purchase at 5:44 am 9/13/25 & paid $80 for delivery when my washing machine broke (after entering my zip code & getting confirmation they would deliver it) I called the local store after 10 when they opened he said he'd check with Orlando & get back to me. Come 3 pm & no call back I called again. A 3 way call occurred where I was told I would have to pick it up in Orlando (a 2 hr drive each way)! Advised that that was not going to happen! Meanwhile 3 days later that charge & 2 more for the 1 I bought in the local store are still on my credit card?! I've been charged 3 times for 1 washing machine?!? I want to first start by saying I had a delivery scheduled by another appliance store. The day of delivery I get a call that the microwave that was included in my package deal was now NOT AVAILABLE and they were not sure when it will be available. I cancelled my order and proceeded to start shopping again. As luck would have it my wife and I were shopping at TJ MAXX and happened to stop in Appliances 4 Less. I met Alex a salesperson at store. He explained what store was and appliances available. I was a little hesitant to purchase a 4 package deal But Alex assured me that appliances were warranteed and he could deliver and install next day.
