Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Stuart

I like the items that they have, but DO NOT like the fact they don't ring up what the sign says...BIG SIGN! This happened twice to my husband and I, today being the second time, and the LAST TIME we will visit Ollie's Bargain Outlet. We purchased six, 1 gallon containers of this pool chlorine back on Memorial Weekend. I had my 10% coupon, for being a loyal customer (not anymore) which I was allowed to use. PROBLEM...they rang up at $4.99 instead of $4.49 like the sign said. The cashier had to call the manager to fix it. He told us...oh the price went back up. Now this was suppose to be a DROP in price, as advertised in there weekly paper, but he "gave" it to us anyways. As he was trying to figure out how to refund us the money, he couldn't figure out how to do it, even though he had informed us he was an accountant at one time 🤔Finally, after my husband helped figure it out, and much waiting, we got our deal. Today we went back for their "Ollie Days! Once-a-Year Customer Appreciation Event 15% off". We were surprised to see the same sign for the chlorine. If you have a pool, you know this is a pretty good deal on the price of chlorine right now. $4.49. We bought five, 1 gallon containers. First thing I did, was have the cashier check the price (same cashier as 1st time,and she remembered us). Rang up $4.99 😠 She couldn't believe the sign was still there, a month later!! She said I just sold 2 cases of it, I said, they'll be back when they look at their receipt!! AGAIN, called a manager, different person this time. We had 6 people behind us in line now, I kept apologizing 😔 This manager couldn't figure out how to refund us and give us the 15% discount!!!! She finally "figured" it out, and rang up the chlorine separately, and gave us the 15% off. I felt SO bad for the people behind us....but when we got out to the car, they had charged us the ORIGINAL $4.99 each and then took 15% off that 😡 My husband was like.....just let it go. WE WON'T BE BACK TO OLLIE'S BARGAIN OUTLET. CHECK YOUR...

If you haven't shopped at Ollie's , you are missing out! It's a great way to save on things like sheets and towels/bath and kitchen rugs, anything child related, small electronics, POTS AND PANS OR ANYTHING KITCHEN RELATED! As a matter of fact this is really the only place to buy baking pans, mixing bowels and cutting boards! Same great stuff you will find on Amazon, HomeGoods, and target, at a quarter of the cost!! They have things like area rugs and even clothes and while the selection of clothes is limited...it's great to look through and find really great deals on socks, tshirts, athletic wear and even shoes! Some of the best sections to find great deals with lots of selection : PETS! dog beds,cat towers, toys, leashes, and even litter and training panda...personal care items like brand name shampoos and conditioner, toothpaste and soaps and the selection of items that will cost you less than $3 is insanely huge! Their ART SUPPLIES!! OMG! ENDLESS! Also..if you are in the market for books especially children's books /learning supplies..or if you are a teacher..this is the ONLY PLACE! I do all of my Christmas and holiday small gift and stocking stuffer shopping here every year .last but not least..HO'E AND GARDEN AND AUTOMOTIVE! they have seat covers, oil and car wash supplies and even paint touchup, ac leak kits, window tint and even audio and lighting for auto! Honestly...some of the stuff I buy here is very hard to find in...

Hi All hope your day is going good for you all!! Recently I visited my friend in Stuart FL and while I was there she had an appointment to get her nails done. And as I don't get mine done I decided to go to Ollie's that was in the same shopping center as the nail salon. First let me just say I love Ollie's!!! I live in Middletown Ohio so I go up to Dayton to my Ollie's whenever I can!! So I thought I hope it's as good as mine and guess what??? It did not let me down. As I grabbed a cart and started my walk through there were so many things I wanted to buy but didn't as I flew to FL!! So I found some great buys but the best one of all my friend need a new roasting pan and bought one off Amazon for over 60 bucks!! She wasn't happy with it bcos it wasn't big enough so she sent it back. So when I found the 2 that are pictured here I sent her a text with pictures and let her pick the pan she wanted. She picked the one without a rack and it was only 10 bucks!!!!!! When she came and picked me up she loved it!!!! And she couldn't believe for only 10 bucks!!! The people who worked there were very nice and very helpful!! I know if I lived down there I would be making regular trips to this Ollie's!! And I'm sure she will be going there now as well. So go look and have fun!! And go see what kind of great deals you can find for...
