I was a long time customer of this nail salon and in the past have received great service, never any problems. However, on my most recent visit, I came in for a pedicure. The technician who was working with me was very rough with her technique. She repeatedly dug into my toe nail to the point where it started bleeding. She tried covering it up hoping I wouldnāt notice, but I did. My toe also continued to hurt for the next several hours that day. I did mention this to the front desk receptionist and she did apologize. I told her I wasnāt mad (more shocked/confused than anything) and just wanted to bring it to their attention. She said she would talk to the technician. I did receive a link to my phone number for an invitation to leave a review and I did. I never heard anything back, not an apology from the manager/owner or anything. Iām never one to complain and still tipped. However, after further contemplation, this service was unacceptable. There is no reason anyone should be bleeding and in an unusual amount pain after a basic pedicure. Iāve never experienced anything like this before, not at this salon or any other. Frankly, this experience left me very uncomfortable and just wanted to share with others for their awareness.
Itās now been over a month and my toe is fine (thank goodness) but there is still a bit of pain/irritation when I apply pressure to that area. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression on me. For other customers reading this, proceed with caution if you choose to come here for your pedicures. They have plenty of good reviews on manicures, but not many on pedicures. Please be careful on who you choose to do your pedicure because their staff always seems to be changing; you never know who you are going to get if you donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter got her nails done for her 16th birthday. Tee was her technician. When my daughter got home after getting her nails done she complained that Tee had cut the side of her finger. Not really a big deal. I applied triple antibiotic ointment on her finger several times over the next couple of days. Her finger didnāt get any better. I thought Iād reach out to Tee to make her aware of the incident only because it was quite obvious that an infection had set in and weāre going out of the country and I was considering seeking medical attention. Mind you Iām a nurse and I felt it was something I could handle myself. Instead of a simple apology and a āis there anything I can doā Tee responded in a defensive manner over a 3 day period. Ok⦠I wasnāt mad at all; I was just making her aware of what happened under her care. Now itās been a few months and I decided to give her a try( my mistake). Her attitude was so nasty and she and the girl carried on a whole conversation in their language while she was doing my nails. Tee usually does a great job on my pedicure but I guess she was made because of what I made her aware of the injury she caused to my daughterās finger. She did a piss poor job on my feet and then that night I noticed my big toe nail was cracked. And my nails are just ok. The problem with this is the customer is always right and if theyāre not right the business owner should make things right. It seems that everyone wants to respond defensively instead of apologizing and moving. Iām not a litigious person nor did I want anything for free I just wanted Tee to acknowledge what she had done. This could go on and on. Iāll put it like this I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Richās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Rich'z Nails in Buford and had the most horrible experience of my life. My pink and white was so thick that it hurt my nail beds to open my purse, my index finger nails were two different sizes and it had bubbles all over the acrylic, which looked terrible by day 3. The nail technicians were sweet, but it felt rushed and noone showed me colors or offered me much assistance. My pedicure was a good experience, except for the chipped polish on the 3rd day, which the manager refused to fix or give a refund. I asked for a proper set of pink and white or a refund, but the manager refused pointing to a sign at the front desk that said Zero Refunds, which I had never even seen before. Then she got a serious attitude with me. I asked them to remove them because they hurt so they removed them and left my nails and hands in shambles. See the video below! Therefore, I left with chipped toe nail polish and damaged over filed finger nails, wondering if I would ever let anyone touch my nails again. Luckily, I called USA Nails in Braselton, and Linda was available to do my French Manicure the same day correctly. She was wonderful! She did an amazing job on my nails and helped calm my nerves. I'm so thankful to find such a caring, talented, and professional nail salon. I'll never go back to Rich'z Ever! USA Nails also fixed my chipped toe nail polish from Rich'z, which I got only 3 days earlier. I will definitely go back and refer them to business. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend USA Nails in Braselton. It's worth the drive to get treated like a human. Not to mention that I paid $120 to be treated that way. I'm never going back to Rich'z horror show...
