As we proceeded, we proceeded to have conversation waiting for someone to bring his menu or silverware Madison shortly appeared later asking if we were ready to order our drinks to which we said yes and proceeded to order once her drinks were put in. She asked us if we were ready to order and I brought up the fact that we still hadn’t gotten our menus. She looked down at the table and saw that we had no menu and walked away, annoyed, coming back shortly with our menus. With menus and hands, we were ready to order as we were taking amongst herself, what we wanted when my friends spoke up and said we were ready to order Madison rudely interrupted saying she “had other tables to tend to” and walked away. When drinks came out Madison has said that she forgot which drink was what basically throwing thedrink at us told us the take a sip and figure out which drink would be Dr Pepper and which one was Coke. Later on appetizers came out and yet again she didn’t offer us silverware or plates and already feeling off by the way she was treating us. We just decided to eat off the appetizer plate as was. 20 minutes later our food had finally came out by this point we were all tired and hungry we chatted amongst ourselves and throughout the whole time Madison did not come to our table to ask us if everything was ok or if we needed refills or nothing ofthe sort. Meanwhile, her other tables around us seemed to be getting good service. Our food, appetizers and silverware. We’re also all brought out by other people well she was nowhere to be seen.

This is the closest Olive Garden to me and so I’ve been here a couple of times for lunch. Service here is a hit or miss. For lunch they usually have very good deals that go from $7.99 to $9.99 which includes unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. I’ve chosen from lasagna Classico, spaghetti with meat sauce and fettuccine Alfredo and all dishes were pretty good. The salad is usually the best but I once ordered the Zuppa Toscana and it was amazing and so simple! It’s made with spicy Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes in creamy broth. Yum!! The restaurant is very spacious and has different rooms, and a full bar. It was kinda messy the last couple of times by lunch time rush so there’s that. Would be back.

I visited this restaurant shortly after it opened, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the start, our server was unfriendly and rude. She didn’t greet us with a "hello" or "how are you?" and instead escorted us to a wobbly table. I politely asked if we could be moved to one of the many empty tables I saw, but she flatly refused. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was disappointing. The pasta was dry, with minimal sauce, and the noodles were soggy. As we ate, I overheard a conversation between the manager and the table next to us about overcharges—specifically, an extra $6 per person for sharing a salad. The table behind us was also dealing with similar issues, with servers apparently adding extra charges to customers' bills. When I checked my receipt, I discovered the same overcharges had been applied to my bill as well. Throughout the meal, our server never once checked on us. The soup we ordered took so long that we ended up leaving before it even arrived. The service was absolutely terrible. I said "thank you" to the server multiple times during the meal, but she was always too busy walking away before I could even finish my sentence. This was meant to be a special occasion, but the poor service and disappointing food ruined the experience.

Through my own experiences at Olive Garden, I have felt that it was a very welcoming establishment, but I just think it is an average place to just grab a quick dinner with your family. Although it has a variety of food options, it is not the best there is. It does have some good qualities like unlimited bread and salad, but also some major downfalls. The customer service could also use some improvements. The price range is not too bad, for what you get.

Yes, the unlimited bread, salad and soup is delicious but, in my opinion, I've had better Italian food. The overall service was okay, and the food was just not what I expected. The times I've gone the bread is cold and the salad never has enough dressing, maybe it's just me but the quality of the food could be better. I've tried the fettuccini Alfredo its good, but the chicken sometimes needs a little bit more time cooking, I've also had the chicken and shrimp Carbonara its pretty good. When I was younger is used to love the food, it was my favorite but as I grew up, I tired different Italian restaurant's and I've found good options, but I would come again back every now and then.

The customer service is overall is good, I've gone in groups of six to twelve people, and we were seated in an average of thirty minutes. But when it came to finally ordering the food and drinks we waited and waited until a server finally came. I understand there is a short staff and since there were so many if us it would take longer to get the food out, but the server didn’t even check in on us or refill our drinks throughout that time. Once the food was brought out it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while. It just felt we were there longer than we could have been because of it.

The pricing was like any other restaurant chain, it was an average price for a family sit-down restaurant, it wasn’t too bad. It has your typical wines and alcoholic beverages and fountain drinks, but in my opinion, your total would be the same even if you go anywhere else. I've also gone with just a party of three people and the check came out to about 60 dollars not including tip. You are definitely getting what you are paying for. It is a good option if you are going in a big group and are kind of on a budget of not spending too much money on dinner.

I think this review could be helpful to anyone who is looking to eat at olive garden and wants to know the quality of the food and how the servers deal with bigger parties. The food isn't awful I just would much rather go to a different Italian restaurant. It's just my honesty opinion the restaurant should get a better system to get the food out quicker, but I also understand the shortage of employees. It’s just an average restaurant to have a quick dinner with your family after you’ve done some shopping at the mall or some fun at the arcade games nearby. Overall, my experiences haven't been too bad. I would never go back to this restaurant. It's just the quality of the food sometimes that doesn't want me to go back but I always end...

We debated where to eat as it was father's day. Was fairly early and picked olive Garden by the Mall of GA.

We arrived at 5 pm and asked for a table for 4. We were put on the wait list, that maybe was 2min (I found it odd). We were seated with a waitress who just had a large party seated. Maybe the hostess put us in the wrong booth???

After a few min taking their drink order, waitress was nice and apologized and said would be by shortly but was just seated with the large table. Having waited tables prior, I found it odd why she didn't just take our drink order then as well. Or ask a co-worker or manager to assist. I should have known it wasn't going to be a good dinner then. However, I was trying to be optimistic and relaxed.

It wasnt until their drinks were delivered before she came back. That table was only 8 or 10 people. I'm not sure why she was too busy and we were not given the quality service that other tables received. It only looked like she had the us and that table.

There were other waitstaff that got seated with guests all around us, and the service looked good. We were all disappointed.

We were seated in the back, and it was too crowded. It got so loud you couldn't hear. So everyone kept getting louder. So basically we were forced to talk loudly or sit. The middle section of the building didn't look as crowded.

When able to greet us and take the drink order, we went ahead and placed the order for food. Drinks came out, salad came out, one order of breadsticks came out with no issues.

We asked for refills on a couple of drinks, and then ask for refill on salad. Got the refills and then food eventually came out. Food Runner never offered shredded parmesan on the entrees. Other than that food was great. Waitress eventually made it back (but glad we didn't wait to ask for cheese). When waitress came by later, we had to ask for drink refills.

We were never offered more breadsticks. When we were going to when asking for drink refills, she turned away quickly and tended to the other table.

The lack of attentiveness already had me annoyed. I was going to get some of the togo pasta items, but figured we didn't need another 30min added. They lost another $30 in sales there.

When we asked for to-go boxes, we asked for more breadsticks. She brought two of the three to go boxes and said the breadsticks were in the oven. Asked and reminded her for the third box. Then she brought the Third, and then stated they were having oven problems and breadsticks would be coming out later. At that point, I had already paid and we had already boxed up most of the leftovers.

During the dinner, we had accumulated 4 empty glasses some sat the entire meal. We had a consistent small stack of plates towards the end. No manager was seen in the dining area or I would have mentioned something. Very disappointed for a dinner $100, and seriously regret we didn't...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden in Mall of GA, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a delightful evening.

The service at Olive Garden was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making my dining experience enjoyable. They promptly seated me and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout the meal. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to provide recommendations based on my preferences. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

The menu at Olive Garden is a treasure trove of Italian delights. The extensive selection of dishes caters to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. From the mouthwatering pasta options to the delectable seafood and meat dishes, every item on the menu is prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, ensuring that you leave satisfied and with plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. I highly recommend trying their signature breadsticks and the famous unlimited soup and salad combination—it's an unbeatable deal.

The quality of the food at Olive Garden is exceptional. Each dish is expertly prepared using fresh ingredients, and the flavors are authentic and comforting. The pasta is cooked to perfection, and the sauces are rich and flavorful. The seafood dishes are a true delight, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. The restaurant also offers a range of vegetarian options, ensuring that everyone can find something to suit their preferences.

The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with dim lighting and cozy booths that create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a romantic date night or a gathering with family and friends. The decor is elegant, and the soft Italian music playing in the background adds to the overall charm.

In terms of value for money, Olive Garden offers a fantastic dining experience at a reasonable price. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the food and service justifies the cost. Additionally, the restaurant frequently offers promotions and special deals that make dining there even more affordable.

Overall, my experience at Olive Garden Mall of GA was exceptional. The impeccable service, delicious food, and inviting ambiance combined to create a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Italian cuisine or simply looking for a restaurant that delivers on every front, Olive Garden is an excellent choice. I highly recommend visiting this location and savoring the culinary delights they...
