Aisha's Salon & Spa — Local services in Sugar Land

I have gone to Aisha for years and love their services and quality of work. It seems the professionalism has taken a hit with their turnover of new staff.

I went there this time for facial plus skin polish deal, which looked great (35+15). Had gotten a full face polish few weeks ago (which they didn,t charge for neck) and had gotten eyebrows done a few days ago.

Went in for the facial, with the deal chose the gold facial with skin polish. As I went in the girl started asking me if I want it in my neck area, it will be 8$ extra (which is fine, I respect that, rules are rules)15 extra for shoulder. I said I wasn't aware of this change, as I had done this before, usually they put in neck any leftover. But if it's extra I understand and do not want it done.

The girl kept going, kept going and was really persistent about it. Then she started getting rude. No matter what I said, she wouldn't stop. We get a facial to relax, she was so keen in trying to sell me extra services. Then she started applying and proceeded to start applying to my neck. I said can you please stop, since I have not agreed to pay extra for extra services,so she stopped.

We go to relax with a facial..she had caused me so much stress with the way she was dealing with me, I asked her to send me another aesthetician.

Then the manager comes in asks what's the issue I tell her exactly what has happened and how the girl is stressing me out. The manager acted Empathetic and said you have been a long time customer. Will send another person.

The next person comes in and proceeds to apply the skin polish on my neck. I stop this 2nd person and say, please don't apply. She said " it's okay ma'am, product is already made it will be wasted anyway and proceeds to apply it.

The extraction part was very painful. She was digging in extra hard with a vengeance. And then she proceeds to take the left over polish and put it again on my face.

Even though we are customers, I recognize the smell of polish vs Gold facial face pack. This is not the first time getting a facial. As she is applying this, I am thinking. Maybe she is just being nice finishing up the polish and will apply the Gold facial pack or mask. She just uses up the rest of the polish which didn't even cover the full face. Comes back in removes it..puts a cream and says you are done and let's me go.

I am kind of dazed by the whole thing. By this time just want to get out of there. Get to the front desk and the manger says your facial and skin polish will be this much and proceeds to tell me that they will charge me extra $8 for the neck.

I told her I am not paying extra for services that I did not ask for. By this time the manager had a sour face. She said its for the extra product we charge. There must be a misunderstanding.

So 2 of their employees are not getting it and they are expecting me to pay, when both the times I was clear that I dont want the service.

More than the money, what bothered me is how 3 employees ganged up against one customer and treated me so poorly. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Really felt demeaned. Walked out of there with a heavy heart. Didn't even get the full service that I paid for.

Usually will leave a tip, didnt this time. Really unfortunate, because I really used to love this place. Will have to find somewhere else that treats people...

I went here about 1-2 weeks ago to get a balayage for the first time, because my husband wanted to treat me to something nice, it was my 2nd time coming to Aisha’s. I had booked an appointment for 3pm for a cut and balayage, I did come in about 5 minutes late which was my fault but the person I booked was with someone else so I did have to sit wait for her a few minutes (no big deal), by the time she took me back and got the bleach ready for my hair it was already past 3:30 at this point. It took the stylist MORE THAN 2 hours to put bleach in my hair and that was WITH someone else’s help because she was taking so unbelievably long. On top of that, the entire time while she was doing that, she was pulling on my hair so hard!! While I was sitting there and the stylist was doing my hair her 5 o’clock walks in looking for her?? Why was someone even able to book the same stylist as me if a balayage takes a few hours? My stylist then becomes frantic walking back and forth not knowing what to do with her 5 o’clock - she leaves me multiple times to go talk to her?? Fast forward, we had to have the bleach sit in my hair for an hour, she washed it, then put toner, we had to wait again and then she washed my hair again. At this point it was closing time, all the girls were rushing to run out and she hadn’t even started cutting my hair yet. The front desk receptionist then comes up to me asking for my card repeatedly to charge me for the service - mind you my stylist isn’t even done. When I went to the front, the lady that was helping my stylist looks at me and says “what happened are you tried of sitting there for so long”, I then responded “no I’m not, you guys are just rushing to get me out of here”, she then says “we’ll this does take about 3 hours and we close at 7” keep in mind I BOOKED my appointment ahead of time for 3pm, and I had already selected the service I wanted - which they were aware of. I then walk away and go back to my stylist where she proceeds to rush as fast as she can to cut my hair so she can leave too. I was so upset at how I was treated at this point I asked her not to even blow dry my hair for me, she then forces herself in front of me and starts to blow dry my hair to until I had to repeat myself a few times for her to stop touching my hair. I don’t know what upset me more at the end of this, how I was treated, or the fact that I paid almost $400 for a shitty experience. Never...

Hi this is my first time going to Aisha salon. I walk in and the young girl at Desk was fantastic friendly. And in the 5 minutes. I introduced by kauser . She was very professional friendly and she did my blow dry. Was amazing at work I got so many compliments. My eyebrows was perfect. My first time experience was amazing I definitely going back to this ply. This is the edition of review on December 28th . We were looking for make hair for wedding reception for bride . 3 others people for make and hair. I will start the experience with miss Kassy Kausar I have a good bounding with her she is very friendly she will make things possible . She could help you in any circumstances to make sure that customer is happy. #2 Miss Gazala makeup artist . She is very humble very polite She did the make up for bride and bridesmaids total of 4 people what awesome make up perfect. For all 5 people her attitude is is so positive. Very friendly her focused on makeup checking everything not in rush even though 2 people were done with makeup still she asking is everything is ok. We had one ceremony in the morning she offered us to come for touch up makeup for evening ceremony. I was amazed with her attitude. Excellent customer service. #3 Saroor goes by the name sue wow what. Happy soul very humble and kind very friendly her smile is contagious if you to salon if you see sue if you don’t smile something is wrong with you. She fixed our hair so perfect everyone was amazed I just wanna say 😱 OMG no words I got the compliment from all guests. We have front desk Rama she so bubbly I love her very nice girl very professional and friendly. They found a right girl for front desk. The all staff was very nice but one thing I saw was team work they were very friendly and professional and working together all the staff was helping each other . Ours wedding was very successful we were very happy with service we received at Aishas salon . There girls do above and beyond to keep the customer happy and we are one them to say proudly.
