Feng Cha — Restaurant in Sugar Land

The drinks are good itself but the customer service is terrible and disrespectful. I always go there to study and buy a drink but i wanted to be healthy and not buy a drink for one day. I just went to study like usual but this time i didn’t buy a drink, because of that, the workers stared to stare at me for almost like an hour straight just eyeing me without saying anything at all. I was confused and then i heard them talking in vietnamese and i can literally understand viet cause i am viet myself. They were talking mess about me saying how i didn’t order and im just sitting there etc etc while js staring at me. I then got annoyed and finally stared back cause what. Idk the overall rudeness and customer service was so bad and could’ve been way better....

My go to location is in sugar land but this one is closer to my house. I went in during the soft opening and they didn’t have my usual drink available. I like to get the Mango Fantasy with no grapefruit and sago balls, and I like to add extra lychee jelly. They didn’t have the mango fantasy so the cashier recommended I get the mango breeze. I got that but I asked if they would be able to add in Greek yogurt and lychee jelly as the mango fantasy has Greek yogurt and they did it. So I was basically able to get my usual drink that I always get and they made it so similar! The vibes are also super cute and cozy and I really liked how they have decorated the place. GIFT CARD USERS BEWARE. My husband ordered my drink through the drive-thru. My husband tried redeeming a gift card that was purchased at the Telfair location. The older woman (likely the owner because everyone else there looks under 21) gave an annoyed look. She disappeared for 2-3 minutes, came back and said it was never activated and there was no balance. Few weeks later, I go to Telfair to ask what happened to the gift card. They said the $25 are still there and there's nothing wrong with the gift card. I don't know if the Richmond location is struggling to make a profit that they have to make fake excuses not to accept gift cards. ...
