Summer Moon Coffee — Restaurant in Texas

If you want to go somewhere to ruin your Sunday morning- this is the place to go. My husband and I walked in last Sunday morning 03/26/2023 and immediately the female staff turned her back on us, The male staff who took our order was not paying attention on what our order was since he was busy chatting on his headset with his buddy. We had to correct him twice when he was entering our order. When we got our coffee, we asked them where were the croissants we ordered. The female staff made a face showing her disdain on serving us, turned her back on us again and continued talking to her headset. We know that she was having personal conversation because she was talking about what she was doing the night before with a friend. The male staff went at the back to get the croissant, heated the bread quickly - when he served it to us, the bread was still cold. We were hoping to find a coffee place nearby where we can go every Sunday morning. Sad to say - this is not the place. The management need to train their staff better.

I wanted to give this location the benefit of doubt because I love their drinks but the staff are rude and passive aggressive the 3 times I’ve went I’ve had rude staff . the last time I went i was over charged I paid $8 for a small drink nothing else .I asked for a large drink and my order was done wrong as well . I asked him if the drink I was given was a large he right away told tell me “you didn’t ask for a large, you didn’t tell me a large” I was just taken a back because he was stand offish and I told him i did not want a small I took a pause because it seemed like he didn’t want to fix my drink he then apologized because I’m sure he noticed that I was visibly upset but i didn’t bother I didn’t want to make a scene. i’ve been to this location a few times & have had great coffee before. also tried summer moon in austin and san antonio so i know what it should taste like. i came in and was standing in front of the ordering machine for a long time before i was ever acknowledged. baristas would look at me and keep going about what they were doing. a “let me know when you’re ready” or a “i’ll be with you in one moment” would have been better customer service. i ordered a half winter moon. once i got my “coffee” it straight up looked like milk and i could barely taste the espresso. i rarely complain about my food/drinks. but i asked the barista if it would be possible to add more coffee because this is basically just milk. she stated the drink is made with milk & already had a double shot. if i wanted to make it a quad i could purchase it. horrible customer service & i paid $6.01 for a cup of milk :) not sure if it was an off day but i feel scammed and the customer...
