Five Below — Local services in Sugar Land

I enjoyed the variety of items in the store and had to practice restraint in limiting myself 🤪 I look forward to returning though because there are lots of good stocking stuffer items. The staff are helpful, professional, and overall pleasant. I rated 4 out of 5 stars only because I was looking for a book advertised that was not in stock at this location nor another nearby. The 5th star however goes to the young lady behind the counter who took the time to call and ask another location. So sorry I did not get your name to give a proper praise recognition, but... she's truly a STAR in customer service!!! Until...

Worker with piercing all over her face was in aisle so I said excuse so I could pass she didn’t move so I said excuse me one more time. Didn’t move. Hear her on the phone but couldn’t answer me or at least try to move is crazy. Later at checkout she was there again no hello no how was your shopping no thank you have a goodnight nothing. Just pain rude and no retail customer service at all. Will not be back at this location with people that don’t have welcoming attitudes. Had really bad experience Price of the product was 4$ on display she did not wanna match. And when she did for 5 of them and I wanted 17 of the pcs. I had to buy on $5.55 regular. She was that upset about that and started to throw them in the bag recklessly. Upon asking to do it nicely she did it more recklessly. And all four ladies were busy making fun. I felt very very disappointed 😔 I wouldn’t go back ever and would recommend her. Or store associate number 624094 on 1/1/2024 time 5:25:28 pm I hope the five below management...
