I flew in from Charlotte Nc to meet my daughters fiance here in Houston and to celebrate his birthday with his family. We came here for the gathering to celebrate. When i walked in I was like wow. The marble granite tables and walls were beautiful, the atmosphere was welcoming. The hooka smoke lingered in the air smelling so good. Our large table was beautiful with the marble granite and the tall center pieces. How ever the server we had was not the best. And the food runners are not smart at all. 2 people at our table ordered the steak fajitas mine came first . The food runner put it on the table poured what ever one it and and walked away. With No warning at all to me to be careful that the handle was burning đ„ hot , he just sat it there it wasn't even in front of me. So I had to move it closer never thinking that the handle was going to be blazing I grabbed it and burned the crap out of my fingers and hand. Because y would i think it would be hot ? I was not warn and it did not have a handle mit on it like most fajita skillets do so, i figured warm at best. NOPE pippin hot !! So when our waiter came back to the table I informed him that I burnt my hand on the handle could he please get me a cup of ice . 30 minutes pass he never came with the ice. I end up having to get ice from the lady that was clearing some of our dishes. I asked her and she was right back with in 5 minute as what the server should have done. My fajita only had 1 green pepper on it no red peppers , mainly onions and the steak was over cooked. The other person that order it , when the food runner brung it to the table i listened to see if he was going to warn the girl about the handle and he did not so i told her. And her fajita came out perfect, while mine was dissatisfaction I was so mad. I ordered a Greek salad it had no lettuce in it at all just red yellow peppers, olives feta and tomatoes I had to ask my server for extra Lettuce on the side it took 30 minutes for him to bring it to me. I am so upset my hand got burnt and on Top of the the service and food was bad. Smh Please Sheesha get some handle mits for the skillets đł or train ur food runner and servers to warn guest that it Extreme hot...

I recently visited SHEESHA Lounge and Grill with 17 friends for their Ramadan sehri buffet, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The sheer variety of dishes, including Alva Puri, Cheney, Allu Kahai, Nihari, goat Kahai, Kema omelette, biryani, and multiple desserts, left us spoilt for choice.
The standout dishes for me were the biryani, Kahai, chicken tikka, Alva Puri, and Nehari â each one was exceptionally delicious! What impressed me most was that SHEESHA Lounge and Grill is one of the very few Shisha places in Houston that serves amazing food.
Their Shisha selection is equally impressive. I opted for the fine flavor with Safari melon and lychee mix, which was excellent and lasted a remarkably long time.
The service was top-notch, with attentive servers ensuring our table was always clean and stocked with drinks and water. The ambience was superb, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
What sets SHEESHA Lounge and Grill apart is its massive size, with two huge floors, a downstairs patio, swings for kids, and multiple outdoor patios. It's perfect for large gatherings and events.
I'd give SHEESHA Lounge and Grill a well-deserved 10 out of 10. The management's commitment to providing an exceptional experience is evident in their attention to detail and customer-centric approach.
