Each time I visit this location (which is frequently), I leave feeling very upset and under valued. The food is okay, but the customer service is trash! I believe that asking for what I want on my order is acceptable, especially considering the fact that I am spending my hard earned money on the items being bought. Apparently asking for less thighs on my order is a problem. I donât understand why I have to pay extra for less thighs on my orders. This is the only location that has been problematic in terms of giving me what I ask for. On a separate occasion, I placed an online order at this location and went to pick it up shortly afterwards, however, upon arriving the doors were locked and I was told to come back in thirty minutes to pick up my order because they were having issues with the police. So, I decided to pick up my other food items from nearby just to pass time. After, giving them at least an hour to get my food ready, I returned to Popeyes only to find out that my order still wasnât ready! So they prepared my order and I proceeded to my car to check it and make sure it was right. Luckily, I did because I was missing several pieces of chicken from my order. I immediately took the order back inside and explained to the manager what was wrong with my order. So, by then I was upset because at this point, I waited over and hour to get my food and then the order was still incorrect, so I asked that they comp my order. The manager said NO and offered me a drink!! I was shocked đł by what happened next! The worker open the box of chicken and preceded to throw out a piece of my chicken (a thigh) into the trash, so asked her why did she do that and she replied you donât want thighs right! At that point, I was like you donât want to comp my order or give me extra chicken for waiting but yet you throw perfectly fine chicken in the trash!! So, then she finally puts my missing chicken back in my box and says I donât know what you want me to do!!    Read moreI ordered my food thru drive thru and I had a coupon I wanted to use. I get to the window and I believe her name was Dina. She hands me my food and gives me the total so I hand her my debit card with the coupon. I mentioned to her before she charged my card that I had a coupon and wanted to use it. She snatched my card with no receipt. So I asked her for a receipt and hands it to me. Iâm driving off and realize she didnât use my coupon. I would usually just leave it as is but because she was so rude I decided to go back. I hear her tell the manager in Spanish that I shouldâve told her about the coupon before she charged me. Which I thought it was rude for her to speak in Spanish in front of customer. Which yes I do speak Spanish since itâs my native tongue but you rendered services in English so whatâs the issue. So I mentioned it to her manager that she knew very well about my intentions to use the coupon and that either way if she didnât use my coupon she couldâve simply just given back but no that even after she charged me I had to ask her for my receipt afterwards since she didnât give me one. The manager was so understanding and gave me the difference back and said that she had told the employee that she knew better and couldâve changed it in the system after I gave her the coupon.    Read moreI had issues with my coupon on the Popeyes app. It gives users 15 minutes to use a coupon after pressing redeem, but it had disappeared within a minute after switching to my browser. I tried selecting all the options within the app to find the coupon because I had well over ten more minutes to use it. I spoke to the manager and asked how I can pull the coupon back up or if she would honor it, since she admitted that it is a fault on Popeyes side. No on both, said that it's a reoccurring issue with the app.
I FOUND A FIX: Sign up with a different email address and sign in. I was able to use the coupon as long as I kept the app open.
The French fries were not crispy upon taste test before leaving with my to-go order, and they were completely soggy when I got home. I took out the honey mustard sauce that I had asked for but they had given me a different type of mustard sauce, which was a spicy kind with horseradish. The sauce was fine by me but my mother cannot handle spice.
The chicken was very crispy and delicious.
