Yemen Fusion Grill — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I ordered 2 Gyros, one with grilled onions and the other no tomatoes with extra sauce on the side. Also substituted the fries on one with a Greek salad, dressing on the side. I drove home about 10 miles and found the following: no dressing or sauce on the side, raw onions along with the grilled onions, and a dead FLY in the salad. I called manager and he wanted me to drive back just to sign a receipt to get my $3 back for the salad. I called the owner and left a message. I also used the website contact page to send a message. The owner emailed me and also wants me to drive 20 miles to get the money for the salad. He will not just credit my credit card. I tried to respond to his email but get email delivery errors. When first walking in the staff was friendly with a nice greeting. One I looked over the menu I ordered food off the menu thinking I would automatically get happy hour pricing. If you advertise happy hour times and pricing you should get the discounted rates. The guy charged me full price for the appetizer and sandwiches. When I comforted him about it, he said I have to tell him that I want the happy hour price verse paying the full price. WTH! That sounds insane! He said since I already paid he will give me another pita bread to make up for the difference. I didn't feel like arguing so I took the bait. I will not come here anymore. I came here on a hunch with one of my friend's recommendation. To be quite honest I wasn't too sure of the place. Something about the name threw me off. I don't know what it is but just something. I'm happy to say I could not be more wrong. As I entered I saw how unique and intriguing the setting was. Nothing fancy, but still open. There were so many food choices I ended up getting two items. The chicken over the rice is to die for and the Ribs are way too good to be true.
