Go to Costco down the street instead. What a terrible experience. I bought a Whirlpool fridge from Sarah not even 2 years ago. It started with delivery. They wreaked of cigarette smoke and were the most unprofessional guys ever who pulled up in a ratchet small pickup with my fridge hanging out the back. They did not bring the correct equipment so had to unload with a hammock instead of a dolly. The shelves were broken upon installation. After much runaround, I got one of two replaced. The whole experience was shady and regretful.

Fast forward 18 months. I finally was able to get a water line installed to the fridge only to find out, the icemaker is broken. It has never been used before. I reach out to Sara, knowing we took notes on this on installation and am told they have zero warranty. So I have to buy a new icemaker and pay to get it installed.

Compare to Costco where I got my washer and dryer at the same time: professional delivery truck and installers. And after 16 months, when a part broke - FULL WARRANTY coverage. Plus, I got cash back using their credit card to pay for the set.

I am an authentic customer of sara. We bought the vent hood from them and asked for installation. The first installer was never called us back even though we tried to contact him several times, texts, and voice mail, and got in touch with him through the store. He promised he will contact us on the phone but he never did. The second installer called us the morning at 6:30 to confirm our appointment at 8 which was set up days ago. He assumed we couldnt make it after waiting for 15 minutes. We called him back at 7, and he was already at another job location, 45 minutes away from us. He finally did the vent hood for us, but a week later, the vent hood starts falling from the ceiling. After making the complaints to the store, they called us back but will charge for fees to fix their own mistakes. So please if you ever consider to buy appliance from sara, be aware, you are on your own.

An update. Sara turns out having a good manager Joey who is willing to communicate and solve the problem with us. They sent out someone else to check up on our hood this past Saturday with no charge.
