I'm assuming this is a franchise location. The guy that is probably the franchise owner is unfriendly and a bit rude. First off, the price displayed for their cayenne pepper and ginger shots is $2.00 online and on their drive thru menu. Which I first, I would get for 2.00 but now they charging close to $4 for the bottle and that little condiment cup with a lid is is also over $3. When i bring to their attention that the menu states $2, they act like they don't fully understand what I'm conveying. I went earlier this week and got the shot which was over $3 for that little cup which is probably like an ounce or less because they didn't even fill it up. They didn't grind or blend the ginger well and there were chunks in it. I went there this morning to get 2 smoothies, the same guy I mentioned at the beginning of this post and I'm sure who all over reviewers are speaking of, was unfriendly and rushing me at the drive thru speaker repeatedly asking is that it So I responded, you can just cancel it and I went to smoothie king down the street instead, which was a much more pleasant experience. The guy at the window was nice and patient as I selected what I wanted. It's just basic customer service. It's all about the service. Read moreIf I could have given them a 0 star I would have. The manager Khan is so unprofessional and aggressive. I went yesterday 04/25 and they had a lady that did not know how to make any smoothies. She had a customer that ordered the new blue smoothie it was pink. She then added some blue powder and it turned it an ugly color and the customer was very angry. I ordered a plant based strawberry whirl and she could not find it on the computer so I left. Today I knew that the owner should be there and he is pretty good about making smoothies. I ordered again and told him about the experience yesterday. He was really nonchalant and dismissive. He said "shes new". After he made my smoothie I asked if he could add more ice cause it was watery. He got an attitude yelled and said i'll give you your refund give me the receipt. I was astonished, and very baffled that he would talk to a customer in this manner. I asked for the owners number he let me know he is the owner and general manager and that I "better not come back". This tone was threatening and just unprofessional. I am happy that there is a new Smoothie King in the parking lot! STAY AWAY FROM...
Read moreI submitted an order for delivery I February 2025. I paid in full and typed in my address correctly. After taking my payment the website Jamba.com as well as the app changes my address to an address that is not mine. The driver delivered my order to the incorrect address and when I went to the store location they said there is nothing that they can do because the order was “delivered successfully”. I proceeded to show proof that the website does not accept my typed address but instead populates an address that is unknown to me. I have submitted feedback to “corporate” and have emailed the store manager with no help or assistance. This corporation does not care about customers and is willing to steal in order to make a profit. No one has even looked into my complaint to check its accuracy. It is now July and the issue still persists. Reaching out to any store location is no luck because they don’t have any information on how to contact corporate or on how to file...
