The initial consultation was great, they were very helpful and took my measurements. They promised me a suit that would be perfectly tailored to my body, ready in 3 weeks (a full week before my event). Unfortunately, the suit was not ready until 7 p.m. the night before the wedding.

During the week of the event, I was constantly calling for updates, but the only response I kept receiving was that they were backed up with other weddings. With all due respect, if you cannot fulfill your promise, you should not accept more orders. As a client, I don’t care how many weddings you are working on, if you give me a timeline, I expect my suit on time. This was very unprofessional.

When I finally received the suit, it did not meet my expectations. The jacket was baggy around the waist, which did not complement the slanted pockets I was told would look great. The shirt sleeve fit was fine, but it did not peek out of the jacket sleeve as it should. Overall, the fit from the waist down was not up to par. Since I received the suit so late, I had no time to make alterations.
