Double Time Tattoo — Local services in Sullivan

Appointment set up for a tattoo and his apprentice bailed. Thought the owner would be willing to make that up or at least help out since it wasnt rescheduled and no notice of his apprentice leaving. The tattoo was special because my daughter was in town from SC and it was my 17 year old daughters first tattoo. Could tell the owner didn't want to do it because it meant staying after hours. Paid 150 for a tattoo that should have been 100 or less. Simple tattoo design, but he rushed through it and was heavy handed. Arm swelled up where I got it and its scarred. Ink did not take completelt because of this. He also did not bring the color to the lines of the outline. Same for my 17 year old daughter as well. Tattoos look like shit. So stuck with shitty tattoos, for 150 a piece plus out a 120 dollar tip because despite how he runs business, that's not how I am. And wanted to charge 250 for a hand tattoo, joke! Tried to get back up with him to schedule a touch up/fix done and the response i got was sub par....

I originally had a tattoo appointment with Josh for specific tattoo, shortly after I set up my appointment I wanted to change the plan completely. Josh and his team were more than happy to make sure I was a satisfied customer and we went a different direction with the entire design. He made sure my friend and I were comfortable during our tattoo and did a wonderful job. Our tattoos are spot on and exactly what we had in mind. The space was also very comfortable, with a wonderful ambiance and great music. I will absolutely be returning for more work from him...

Awful experience. Went to Josh for my first tattoo, I asked for a semicolon with a teal background (to represent PTSD awareness). He used mostly purple for the background with very little teal like I had asked. He was rude and gave off an awful attitude like I was bothering him. I was charged $100 and it is the size of 2 quarters. Since then I've gotten 2 tattoos elsewhere about the size of a playing card and I've payed less for those together then I did for the one at double time. Overall it was an awful experience and over...
