I took my grandmothers cuckcoo clock to Bob to have him fix it. It had been hanging for years with out working so I wanted to get it fixed and back to working. It was a 45 mile trip one way, which is not a big deal since I was happy to have my clock working. After telling me it would cost $160 I thought WOW it better work When I took it there the one little man came out to sing and the bird came out. When I got it home the 1st time. It stopped running after 10 minutes and made strange noises at 20 after and 10 till. Took it back a 2nd time and he had it again for 5 wks. In the mean time I had tried calling and no answer no recording nothing. So drove out again 3rd time just to find a note on the door they were on vacation. So a week later called them and he said he was just letting run to check everything. 4 weeks later he calls and says its ready. Brought it home and it still is not working, actually even worse then before I took it the 1st time. He put a heavy weight on the music so now it sounds like its in super fast speed and when it chimes nothing comes out of either door. Called him to tell him and he said "None of those come out" funny thing they both did when I first took it. He is suppose to send me my original weight back to at least the music sounds normal so we shall see. He said he has 15yrs experience but it wouldnt be on cuckcoo clocks. I will not recommend his shop for any type of clock repair. Hope he does better on...

I bought a Medical ID bracelet here and had it engraved on site. I was surprised that it would only cost $20 for the bracelet and engraving together! Well, you get what you pay for. I went to pick it up on Saturday, since that's when they said it would be ready. When I got there, they said that I was "mistaken" and that they said it would be ready by Monday. Yet my claim ticket clearly had Saturday on it! So, I went back the following Tuesday and picked it up. When I got back out to my car and looked at it, I realized they spelled "Allergies" as "Allercies"!!! Also, the "I" was much wider on the bottom than the top! So, I took it back in about 15 minutes after I picked it up, explained what was wrong, and the lady said they would fix it but acted as if I was being over dramatic. She was extremely rude! So, after 3 WEEKS, I finally got my bracelet back with a note attached that read, "Couldn't put it back in the machine in the exact same spot for "G"". No offer to fix THEIR mistake by using a hand engraver or even making a new bracelet at no charge! Horrible customer service!!! I will NEVER buy anything there again! They are so...

Beautiful work! Kind and friendly! Such great work I walked away with a complete different ring, shines like a diamond. My Tanzanite doesn’t even feel the same. Wilcox cleaned my ring and replaced my stone that I lost . I posted the pictures of the work done to show the high quality of service you will receive. You can’t even tell. I can tell the difference. I suggest everyone look at the history of Tanzanite it’s beautiful. I was so sick one night the elders came and prayed over me, lately that night I had dream an angel crown me and said job well done on Earth. A few months later I walked into a place in potosi looked over and saw a piece of the Angels crown which then became my ring. I purchased it then took it to Wilcox for an appraisal Heidi gave me a rough draft I couldn’t believe my findings from Heaven above .
