Poppy Co. — Restaurant in Sullivan

Poppy Co is a place that I really hope sticks around for a while. The service is great and the workers are so kind. The drinks are delicious and they have no shortage of options, even with their own special/seasonal drinks. The coffee is fantastic and doesn't come out burning hot, instead at a nice warm temperature that is easy to start drinking right away. The sodas are fun and unique, especially in the area. Came in today and grabbed myself a Smores iced coffee. The only problem is, it was pretty much gone by the time I left the Coffee Shop! It was SO GOOD. I took the suggestion of a foam top and well, it did NKT disappoint.

Location is easy to get to, a quick in and out experience without a long wait for the drink to be made.

Atmosphere was PINK. Lots of it! Walking in, you forget all your problems outside the four walls and the decorations...

Poppy Co is an absolute gem! Every time we visit Sullivan, a stop at Poppy’s is a non-negotiable part of the trip.
