TCBY Azalea Square — Local services in Summerville

While the FROYO tastes amazing, this store needs more attention to detail when cleaning. It's not clean from a surface level standpoint, so thats concerning. Where to start? Let's begin with the ceiling. There is mold and dust all over the ceiling tiles. Some are way worse than others. I went to open their sprinkle container and the spout was covered in black mold. I told the associate "this has mold on it" and he just said "oh". Then we paid and sat down and he just stood at the cashier. No initiative or care to clean or simply remove the sprinkles from the counter. Just left it there. The trash can is absolutely disgusting. Again, more mold and built up food splatter. I visited 2 times before leaving this review and it was consistently dirty and moldy. The bottoms of the tables are also disgusting. However, the place has an aroma of bleach. Beware...it's not...

I used to love this place, other than always being out of 3-4 flavors every visit. BUT today I go in with my family of 4 like I always have to congratulate my kids for passing grades, get the same thing we always do, they loved this place too (given it’s been about a year since we last visited TCBY) when we were ready to pay for what used to cost $30-$40…. The total was $72!!!!!!!!! WHAT?!?? on FROZEN YOGURT! I was then informed it now cost .89 per OZ!!!!!! I literally couldn’t believe it! I still can’t wrap my head around me spending that much on 4 cups of frozen yogurt!!! I’m honestly appalled. I could have bought 10 quarts of bluebell that would have lasted 3 months for that price! Not to mention the price isn’t posted anywhere. We won’t be back. Greed will drive this place...

All of the signs lights were out, so they only got my business by me taking a chance and walking in. There was one person working and he was sitting at a table on a laptop watching something. Only got up once I walked in. Store had a weird smell of sewage and was not the cleanest, I probably should have left. At least 3 of the soft serve machines were down and the toppings bar was messy and not very filled. While I still got something small (it was fine), I was very disappointed in the experience at this location and...
