CVS — Local services in Summit

First of all the parking is awful. But I didnt take points off that for my rating because of the lot across the street. I look past that. Next, I was standing IN LINE at the CASHIER for 10 minutes waiting to be rung up while the people in the self checkout line went through. I didnt mind waiting. What really made me angry was that when it was my turn to be rung up the cashier left the register and told me to go on the self checkout and ring myself up there. Are you actually serious? You are paid to do a job and are litterally directing me after I waited in your line to a robot that will take your job one day. Not cool. Really annoying. If I could leave this good for nothing, sorry excuse of a cvs and pharmacy zero stars I would. How this store is and operates as part of a National chain is mind blowing. The pharmacy is THE worst when it comes to customer service and operating in a timely and efficient manner. Currently waiting going on 120 minutes for a prescription that was called in by my ohysician twenty minutes prior to my arrival. This CVS is the WORST PLACE I’ve ever been! The pharmacy workers are rude and racist! They made fun of me when I forgot to bring a form. They tricked me that they can’t give me a new one, so I drove home to pick that form back, they mocked me and made fun of me saying that I am the MVP of the day, I spent 4 hours there just to get the vaccine done! However, after a few weeks, my husband went there, he forgot his form as well, they gave him a new one without a word. Don’t go there!
