I believe in the "cockroach theory", this means, if you see one, there are many others that you don't see. On this note, why was the television removed from the pool bar? This is a most glaring stupid decision. Who made this stupid decision and what other stupid decisions are they making? Do you know that there are almost as many managers as there are employees working under them. Almost a 1 to 1 ratio! Pure incompetence. Do you know that in the past few months they have fired Eli (manager) Oscar (manager) and the spa manager. Curious why? I say that it's to cover financial incompetence. And the fact that the food beverage department is failing to meet the bare minimum in revenue. Anybody know what paula gabriel leo and luis do? Neither do they. The board runs the show. All 4 are terrified of the board. They capitulate to whatever a group of entitled residents, who don't know the first thing about f&b make the decisions. Sad. management is completely reactive as opposed to proactive. The building has no life. The restaurant is empty. The pool bar is empty, only 3 chairs. Plenty of giant flies tho. And let's not forget about the horrendous beach situation. Management has the beach crew in what can only be described as torturous. Outrageous temperatures and no proper ventilation. Cheap little fans was not the answer. This is criminal. And one final thing, Armani has a responsibility to is employees.... "Hope it doesn't rain" Is NOT responsibility. It's a copout. It's management taking the easy way out and just sending employees home, the same employees who rely on those hours. Again, management a complete failure. Has the mold on the pool lounge chairs been removed? I'm sure the residents love the fact that there is toxic mold where they and the children lay there heads. As a resident ask yourself, why can you not hold onto staff? Why are many leaving voluntarily? Why would you need a temp staffing company if this place...

Me and family were looking forward to become residences of that beautiful building. In order to experience the life at Armani Casa we stayed at my uncle’s appartment. First you should know that by the rules of the building your guests will use be accompanied by you to any area including the toilets of the building regardless male/female otherwise they will be stopped by security and kicked out. If you own an apartment in this building, you won’t be able to have any type of service, including towels beds or water unless you have you card on you. Unfortunately I found myself aggressively verbally attacked and intimidated by Oscar who works as the Director of operations of the building. After multiple times of explaining to him that I feel under attack and he scares me and my family the gentleman just continued Intimidating and threatening me in front of my 3 young kids. As a woman, I find it scary and dangerous to live in a building with that type of environment and behavior towards women and kids. I still find it hard to believe that In America 2023 something like that still happens. A men with a black suit standing and keeping on raising his voice and aggressive treats towards a mother surrounded by her three kids is just unacceptable! Honestly shocking and fearful situation! Couple of days after the manager of the bar (whom I obviously haven’t touched or insulted him once or ever)told me “be careful of the way you take stuff from people and watch yourself”. (Meaning- didn’t like the way I took the membership card that was passed to me by him) this was my redline, I require the footage for this incident from the security cameras, in order to make a formal legal steps but was refused to be given. Don’t know who is hiring those people but it is an absolute joke!! The worst service in Miami!! And definitely the worst holidays experience of my life! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Hope I’ll never be in position of meeting any of those people again!! A full nightmare and intimidation...

Valet Parking are the most disgusting people there , no customer services at all , the worst valet parking people at this location , they damage the cars , the don’t care the speed inside at parking lot , there’s a old dark skin man working as a valet that is the most disgusting people there , has zero education , zero empathy , he looks from other country with no values , today I had a very disappoint experience with that man , definitely you have to consider this if you want to live at this location , special if this is a super extra expensive place . They must hire profesional people to work with .People think twice , Don’t go there , I don’t recommend to go there . HORRIBLE customer...
