⭐ Granier Bakery – Where Croissants Go to Die 🥐💀 Ah yes, Granier Bakery – the Parisian dream... if Paris was run by robots who hate butter and joy. 🇫🇷🤖 Walked in hoping for a flaky, buttery croissant. What I got? A crescent-shaped paperweight with the texture of drywall and the soul of a sad IKEA instruction manual. 🥐🪨📄 Tried to order a cappuccino – ended up in a hostage negotiation. Barista looked at me like I asked for a unicorn milk latte. 🦄☕😩 Sat down with my “breakfast,” which consisted of a cardboard croissant and a coffee that tasted like it was brewed by someone holding a grudge. ☕🔥🙃 The vibes? Imagine a hospital cafeteria… but with less warmth. 🏥🍽️ Also, I paid $17 for emotional damage and a table that wobbled like it was trying to escape. 💸😤🪑 Final thoughts: Granier is perfect if you miss airplane food, love being ignored, and want to chew on regrets. 🛫😬 1 star – only because zero isn’t an option and the air-conditioning worked. 👎🥶

I have lived in SIB for 4 years now and, been visiting this place mostly for to go orders but the last two times I have decided to stay. I am happy with the transformation of the space and thru baguettes and baked goods are my obsession, however the last two times I have been very disappointed with fact that thy charge for butter and jelly ?!!! Like for literally 2x butters and 2x jellies??? This is ridiculous to me, also the charge for coffee syrup of $0.50 per each PUMP ?!!! That’s mind blowing!!! 🤯 As a person that have work in hospitality per many years find this unnecessary and very dissatisfying from all client and business woman’s perspective. I am posting hoping they take this review into consideration and stop charging the clients for those additions, I want to support local businesses but don’t want to feel that you guys are ripping off the community.

Adorable bakery, dwindling down unfortunately. When it opened, had a steady flow of traffic, and lavish fruit display. Had nice smiling staff and lower prices, with the baked goods display stretching in an L shape to attract passersbys. A year later, fruit displays are gone, the baked display shrunk, and the staff got more abrupt. Music is still uplifting, but prices have been raised on my favorites - as I pay and listen to a lonely customer complain that juice prices need to be visible. Good point. I hope Granier doesn't fold like others on the RK strip.

Ive never done this in my life..but I always get food there and my card was left on the reader by mistake. Then the cashier let the next person pay with my card ... clearly the person that payed with my card is not a nice human being. I understand mistakes happen. Nothing against the cashier i Get it. But when i asked for help with the 29$ charge, the manager made it seem like i was trying to scam them! And had a bad attitude right away even after the cashier told her i was correct and i had been there the day before. And told her yes she noticed she charged with my card! She askd for my info said she had to check the cameras. And told me to go back the next day ...so i went back and she wasnt there. Then when i called today she basically blamed everything on me telling me oh u left your card.. is your fault etc. yes i left My card in by mistake, but as a worker if u see someone pay with someone elses card you gotta use your common sense. How did she not see the guy she charged used the same card i used to pay?!!!! Ive been a cashier before and common sense comes into play in this situation . If she couldnt help me she couldve explained and atleast been nice about it, but she automatically made it seem like i was doing something shady and had a rude attitude .......At this point i can care less about the 29$ yall can keep the 29$ and maybe buy your very very rude manager a new attitude. Garbage customer service from her, and it sucks because the food is great! The whole staff is actually very lovely and nice. Including the cashier that took care of me that day. Wont be going back. U lost a good customer that always tips and went often, because of your extremely...

Walked in to a long line.  A hot tray of freshly made empanadas were brought out to the front while I was waiting on line to order. Waited about 10 minutes to be called to place a quick grab and go order. Asked woman at the cashier if the fresh batch of empanadas that were just brought out included Spinach? She went to inspect and said yes. I asked if they had fresh orange juice and she said no. So I paid about $4 for one spinach empanada to go and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and still no empanada in a bag to go.  I ask the cashier if she can grab the empanada and she looked at me like I was asking for her first born child and said I had to wait for all the food orders that need to be prepared first. Meanwhile both her and the other woman tending the cashier are picking up grab and go items and handing them to other customers. And even other customers were not receiving items they had ordered. This was a hot mess so after another 5 minutes of waiting (25 minutes total) I had to leave to get to an appointment with no empanada in hand as the empanada sat merely 4 feet away on the other side if the glass getting cold. I returned my receipt to the cashier and walked out. It was terrible service for something that should have taken no more than 5 minutes to order, pay and walkout with. I would not recommend this place at all!! Should have gone to the juice bar a couple doors...

The worst customer service in Sunny Isles. Yes, their croissants are undeniably good, but I’ve stopped going there purely because of the terrible service. It’s not a one-time issue—it’s consistent.

Every time I visit, the employees seem more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. Imagine standing in line for 15 minutes while they talk right in front of you, completely ignoring the fact that people are waiting. When they finally do serve you, it’s with an attitude like you’re getting the food for free, not paying $5 for a small croissant.

Today was the last straw. I went with my child, purchased nine items from the bakery, and even got juice for the kid. Despite spending a decent amount of money, I politely asked for a larger plastic cup so my child could drink the juice more comfortably. The lady at the counter refused, saying, “This is for cold coffee only!” Are you serious? It’s just a plastic cup! It would’ve cost them nothing, but instead, they prioritized rigid rules over basic customer care and kindness.

This lack of flexibility, combined with the rude and inattentive attitude, makes it clear they don’t value their customers. I’m done supporting a business that treats paying customers like an inconvenience. Great croissants alone are not worth putting up with such awful service. I’ll never go back, and I definitely won’t recommend this...
