Pelican Community Park — Attraction in Sunny Isles Beach

After eight years of being a part of the Pelican Park programs for my child I had a very bad experience that made me feel the need to share with parents who potentially want to enroll their kids into soccer program. I would like to warn you that your child best interest, your time, your child dedication and your family money will not be treated with respect. More of that your child might be mistreated or used to favor the program, not the child best interest and development. You will sign the contract and pay the deposit which is apparently a trap that might make you follow the program best interest at any cost even when the child confidence and self esteem is purposely gets ruined. If you dare to protect your child best interest and withdraw from the toxic environment you will lose the deposit and no one would even apologize or admit they created it. Sunny Isles Beach community center. Lots of activities and friendly staff. Activity classes tend to be pricey without much substance. The facilities are in great shape. I would five 5 stars if there were more director oversize of activities. For instance, Musical Theater instructor gives a couple of lines per kid and then sits back without real effort or involvement. Cheerleading is chaos without leadership. Love this place! They have a very nice baseball field, kiddie play area, and indoor facilities. I've only been on the baseball field, so call first to confirm access to indoor facilities.
