I've thought about my back pain everyday for the last decade until I came to Align Integrated Health. Yes, I've had microdiscectomy surgery for my discs. Yes, I've been to multiple physical therapy clinics. Yes, I've been stuck in the steroid injection loop. All of these things to only end up in a deteriorated condition battling pain and numbness. In February, I was at my wits end and had come to the realization that surgery was my only option. Thank God my husband found Dr. Dinh and Dr. Stevens at Align Integrated Health as he was searching for relief for his shoulders and knee.

Dr. Dinh doesn't manage a run-of-the-mill chiropractic/physical therapy clinic. He truly works with each individual to get to the root cause of the pain and creates a holistic, regenerative health plan. I was highly skeptical. But, he remained patient with me through angry-tears with decompression, electric muscle stimulation, shockwave treatment, massage, and yes, physical therapy. I started to feel some relief and found that I wasn't living on hydrocodone. So, I really committed myself to the program. Three years ago, I was attacked by a patient of mine, since then, I have been undergoing treatment from numerous doctors. Came here because I was looking for some relief for hip and leg pain that I had suffered from for over 2 years. Being my stubborn self I just thought that eventually the pain would go away. Well it didn't. Came for an initial visit and described to DR Dihn my situation. I went to take x-rays and unfortunately came back with some discouraging results. I had lost about 75% of a disk that was pinching a never causing my pain. Dr Dihn stated he could help, but that I could also go the traditional medical route of shots, maybe surgery, but I didn't want that. We started the next day with treatments and just after the first visit I felt better. But then I would have bad days still with a lot of pain. 3 weeks or so in, I am no longer taking 4 ibuprofen as soon as I wake up to kill the pain. Mind you I had been doing that everyday for over 2 years. And also through out the day just to be able to walk. But now I am not taking any pain meds.
