My dr sent orders to this location. It was my first visit here. I walk in and thereās five people sitting behind the desk not one greeted me. So I looked at every single person and still no greeting. So I walk up to one of them and I told them my dr had sent the orders for the x-rays I needed. I asked if they were in the network and she asked who was my insurance provider and I told her, then her neighbor to the left said something under his breath and they had a laugh about it. I thought that was rude of them to be laughing at me. She tells me I need to check in online with acondescending attitude and I said fine I can do that. She sent the text to check in and fill out what they needed at the end it says checkin completed. Then she comes up and says it was not completed and that she can show me how to. So I go in to show her it was completed. At this time Iām really annoyed by her behavior and attitude to me. So she brings the bill and does not explain anything about my bill. Just that I need to pay this amount. Iām asking about the other amount shown but she just says your just paying this amount. So I asked what her name was she said it was Valerie, I donāt know what kind of day she was having but I can tell you mine. Iām in pain the whole weekend and this is the kind of customer service I get. Be considerate and have sympathy for your customers when the come to your facility for service. Iāve worked in customer service for 18 years. On my check stub it says āBrought to you from your customersā something to think about. Other then that the technician came and yes it was quick. Ā Ā Ā Read more0 stars if I could but I was referred here from my PCP for my first mammogram. Scheduling was very easy so that was a plus and I was advised to arrive 15 mins early in which I did. I took my lunch break for this appointment and they advised me it would be at least 30 mins because someone was running behind. The front desk asked if it was ok and I said yes but I would run to get something to eat and be right back and she said that was ok: I came back in 15 mins in which they told me she still wasnāt done yet and it would probably be another 15 mins so I went back to the car and waited 15 mins. I received a call on my way to walking back in only for them to tell me that she called my name and I didnāt answer so she called another patient instead because she was running on a strict schedule. At this time Iām upset because if her schedule was so strict why did I have to wait 30 Mins in the first place. I asked why no one called me if she has been calling my name because they knew where I was l. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe workers at this facility are not welcoming at all. I walked in to approximately 4-5 ladies sitting at the front desk and was not greeted by a single one of them. Once I walked up to the front desk all was smooth with the check-in process. I was then taken back within 15 minutes to have my xray preformed. That went okay, the machine was giving the lady trouble so it took a little longer to be completed, which is fine. I requested a copy of my xray in which the lady said she could give me a disk with the xray on them and to go sit out in the waiting area and once it was done one of the front desk ladies would give me my disk. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before I got up and asked one of the ladies in the front about my disk. The lady rudely interrupted me not allowing me to finish talking. The back office and front desk need to work on their communication. There is no reason I would have had to get up to ask for something when I was told just to sit and wait and someone will give it to me.
