Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal with a diet lemonade and a chicken nugget kids meal for my son. I picked up my order through the drive through at 5 pm and got home at 5:30 and we ate our meal. My son and I finished everything. At 11pm I vomited up my whole meal and could still taste the chick fil a sauce in it.

I’m extremely disappointed because I usually LOVE Chick-fil-A and don’t get sick at all I could trust that my food is cooked with good hands and my son loves the nuggets so I take him there alot for a quick meal…. Well not anymore. I’m terrified to get sick again and I don’t wanna risk my son getting sick just because I was too lazy go cook a quick meal at home. $15 literally down the toilet… literally

So no I won’t be going back to this location and it will take me awhile to even THINK about going to another chick fil a now because I never thought chick fil a of all places would get me sick.

I’ve never thrown up after eating McDonald’s so maybe I should stick to eating there plus...

This is for Chick-fil-A in general not just this location.. I am a fan of this restaurant until recently .99% of you employees are Awesome ! But I have seen changes that aren't good let's start with your chicken nuggets. They are smaller in size .Not sure if just smaller or not left to marinated long enough.As for food this is the only thing ..As for the Store Great locations;Your everywhere!But many locations O go to the lobbys are still closed or you have 2-4 drive-through lanes (yes 4) It causes traffic jams on streets ,parkinglots,etc.Once in line and order taken you next in the window and employees are handing out food to cars behind me and making then wait for me because they cannot pass to exit around me . Possible solutions create a escape lane. Or possible survey customers by zip to see if another location is needed. Thanks for your business and tak I ng care of your employees at your locations .Many have mentioned your companies benefits and how it has helped them and...

It's finally opened! First visit to this location and impressed by the franchise as always.

Location: a little tricky to get to because of road construction currently taking place directly infront of this store. Once constructions complete, I can see this being an easy place to be get in and out of. There seems to be plenty of parking for dining in or drive thru, but signage for the split between lanes and parking could be a little more apparent as you pull in. Two Lanes and the "delivery zone" were efficient and make sense. No windows here. Curious to see how it flows when weather gets dicey. Inside was bright and clean. I'll go inside on my next trip.

Service: folks outside were friendly and welcoming. No issues getting my order placed. It was nice to see management making rounds and checking in on everyone at their posts. Delivery Zone personnel looked a little lost, but understandable... Is every order just guess and check, Chick-fil-A magic?
