Oh my, where do I even begin with this catastrophe of a customer service experience? It was absolutely the worst, like, in years, you know? The owner, he thinks he's running a business in India or something. It's just so totally unprofessional, like, seriously, I can't even. He goes around making false promises left and right, trying to push their phony products on you. And don't even get me started on their exchange policy – it's a complete joke!

So, I go in there wanting to exchange this ring, right? It's a size too small, and guess what? They don't even have the same design in the right size! Instead of being helpful and offering me something suitable, the guy starts yammering about some other ring with a completely different style and, get this, an extra 300 bucks! Can you believe it? I mean, come on!

I'm trying to explain that it's a gift for me, you know, but he's like, "Come back in 4 months, and maybe we'll have it in a bigger size." Hello, the exchange window is just 7 days! Are they for real?

So, I'm like, "Alright, I want a refund then." And that's when it gets personal, like, super personal. He starts calling me cheap and saying I can't afford their overpriced stuff. And, get this, he even called me uneducated! Can you believe the nerve of this guy?

Seriously, stay away from these goons, like, just run in the opposite direction. There are so many better options out there with way cheaper prices and actually decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and look...

I would like to share that I am surprised how wrong google reviews rating are of this place. I checked again and realized that my experience resonates with the few negative reviews buried under the pile of may be fake positive ones. I went to this place and I found the owner is extremely rude. They will treat you in a nonchalant way, rush you, intimidate you and make it seem like you are wasting their time. I was looking at some pieces for 5 mins and the lady took the trays away from me. I thought she misunderstood me for a window shopper, so I mentioned that I need to buy many items. She told me then to come another day, although i called before going and they told me they will take care of me! The answer to every question was that they are the best in this area, don't question so much. They need to learn how to behave...

I have been dealing with Mr. Mukesh, owner of Manisha Jewelers since early 2000's. Mr. Mukesh has on every occasion provided cost-effective and excellent service and jewelry. He has always been very honest, upfront and helpful.

In case he does not have a specific jewelry item, coin or bar in stock, he is willing to share contact information for a trustworthy alternate or even a wholesaler. Very few jewelers will refer to their supplier. I saved money buying at wholesale prices.
