It was okay. The food was fresh but it was their own take on street food that didn’t satisfy my pallet. Too much garam masala in noodles and gobi Manchurian for my liking but perhaps some folks would enjoy it. No choices of paneer etc for proteins. Seating was okay but I needed to ask for everything including sauces, plates, cutlery etc. it was chilly outside and there was no heating stands etc. so come prepped with jackets.
Noodles and Manchurian were served separately so the noodles were cold (outdoors) by the time the Manchurian came out. Didn’t get to enjoy either items that should go together.

Cravings hit hard post-midnight, and Bhajan Sahib came through!
🌟 Noodle Burger: This was a fun, fusion surprise! The crispy noodles inside the burger added a great crunch, and the patty was well-spiced. The sauce had just the right amount of desi tang – spicy, a bit sweet, and super satisfying. It’s messy, indulgent, and exactly what a midnight snack should be.
🌟 Malai Soya Chaap: Smooth, creamy, and loaded with flavor. The malai gravy was rich without being too heavy, and the chaap pieces were perfectly cooked – soft on the inside with that light grilled smokiness. Honestly, could give some non-veg dishes a run for their money.

I ordered the burger, and honestly, it blew me away. Juicy, packed with bold Indian spices, and grilled just right — it’s the kind of burger that makes you pause after the first bite.
The staff were super chill and friendly, and the whole place had great vibes — music playing, people hanging out, and that irresistible aroma of street food in the air. Whether you’re hungry after a long shift or just out with friends, this truck is the spot.
Definitely coming back — next time I’m trying more...
