After taking my children here since they opened unfortunately it has gone down hill. They advertise “open play” everyday for certain hours, however, they have a class, which in my opinion looks like a day care running all morning. The first time we noticed the “class” running it was March 2023. It was a drop off, so we walked in for open play and there was a group of about 10 children with two teachers. We didn’t think anything of it because at the desk the woman said it was a morning “class” offered at certain days etc etc. fast forward a month, we came again when my friend had a young mobile baby. Again this place is advertised for children 0-6 however when we put the new baby down on the rug for some tummy time this “class” had children running over to us hovering all over the baby. WE, as customers, had to constantly tell these children to leave us alone. By the end of the visit, one of the children even pushed my two year old for no reason. And of course there is no parent to watch them. Unfortunately, the “teachers” are doing a very poor job keeping the children separated from the open play customers. I said I wouldn’t come back during one of those classes. So, I messaged the location on Instagram asking what days and times those classes WERE NOT running so we could avoid it. That was on April 30, I have yet to receive a response from the location and it is now June. So, this week we attempted one more time and this time with my two month old and two year old. This time the class was there but now with about 20 children. Three teachers who absolutely had no idea how to run a “class” which at this point I’ve come to the conclusion that it is a daycare running without advertisement and by word of mouth. These “classes” are not offered ANYWHERE on the website or social media so if you want to avoid it you don’t know when to go. The kids are running WILD throwing things, pushing customers children. At one point, one child threw hard wooden food toys into the air, all the paying customers had to block there heads and the heads of their children. We were there from 10-12 and the entire time parents were dropping off their children to this “class” which had Apparently been running since before 10 am. I understand if there is a will or need to OFFER a “drop off” if you want to make more money but offer the classes NOT at the same time as open play. At a price of $12 per child I don’t want to have to watch over my kid and someone else’s because the parent isn’t there. Every other “indoor playground” that exists offers “classes” at separate times from open play WITH a visual schedule so you know when you can go. If you don’t have a classroom to place the children inside and have untrained professionals “teaching” then you have no right to be running a “class/daycare” service. As a parent I recommend against taking your young child here under the age of three because it is chaotic and the not the fun relaxing place it should be. At least a three year old can somewhat defend themselves against the chaotic children that are there for hours in this “class”. Needless to say, I will not be...

I really wish I had something nice to say because my kids enjoy this place, but it was such a bad experience as a paying customer. We took my daughter to celebrate her 6th birthday, & I felt so bad that the place was not up to par. Everything was a complete mess. I basically paid for my kids to play in a someone else’s messy playroom. Our house is more organized than this. I mean NOTHING was organized. Dress up clothes all over the floor, giant blocks tossed all over the place hazardously, the play sets from the different stations were all mixed up where they didn’t belong, the grocery store was completely empty because all the items were out of place. Seriously, not ONE station was organized in the slightest. My sister & I immediately started organizing the centers so our kids could find things & have room to play. There were only 2 other small kids there when we arrived, so I don’t see why it wasn’t kept up better. I get that kids can be messy, I have 3, but the girl working the front desk was completely unbothered. The worst part was that my mother asked her if they clean up between groups of kids, & her response was condescending & completely ridiculous… “They can’t use Lysol” & “When she has time”. She could have reset & organized the place 10 times while we were there, especially after being asked to, but she sat there on her phone scrolling Instagram the ENTIRE TIME. My mother left. There were plenty of opportunities to organize areas the kids weren’t playing in. The only times she got up were to kick my 24 month old out of the play area designated for 23 month olds. Every museum or play place I’ve been to has standards of cleanliness & someone organizing the play spaces, but this girl didn’t lift a finger & could care less. It was so awkward & uncomfortable having to clean up (upon arriving & leaving) while she just sat on her phone annoyed to be there. My husband asked if we were allowed to have coffee at the tables, but she couldn’t be bothered to operate the coffee machine, & he went to buy some next door. It was such an overall terrible experience. I wanted to get a refund & leave within 10 minutes of being there, but I couldn’t do that to my daughter on her birthday. We will not be going back because of the rude, condescending,...

Nice place with bad management/owner. We celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday here. First, they only give you or your provider 30 minutes to put up all decorations. Yes, 30 minutes. How is it possible for any person to put up a decent birthday decoration in 30 minutes?. Obviously, half job was finished during partytime. Then the kids "activity" was done by a girl with zero ability to control or engage them. She had a toy microphone and a speaker which could not be heard at all. It was so embarrassing for her to have such a lack of attention from the kids that it all ended with having them just jumping and doing whatever they want like crazy. When we mention this to the owner she said the place has too many attractions so it is very difficult for entertainers to have kids attention. We've been to a couple of birthdays recently were kids could have Disney around, but clearly they only cared about the person entertaining them because they know what they are doing. To make things worse, during partytime this lady who owns or runs the place had an attitude as she's doing us a favor or doesn't like to have people there. Just check some other reviews here and in Yelp and you will see we are not the only ones who experienced her attitude. I don't know if it is her personality or if she had a bad day, but it was really embarrassing to be questioned by some parents asking if this lady was angry or they were doing something inappropriate. At the end, we mentioned all these issues and all we got were excuses. Never an apology or something to make you give this place another chance. We do not...

First thing, when you get to shopping center it’s located under the arch near pet shop/store. You cant see location until you walk in that area. My great nephew, Jace, came home from school early so I decided to take him somewhere to play. I googled and found this establishment. I failed to read that they needed socks with grips on them but they were only $3.50. Adults can wear regular socks. You must wear socks. The cost to enter was $14 and would have been $12 for each additional child. There no is no time limit; you can stay until it closes. Jace is 8 going on 9 and he had fun even when he was playing alone. There is so many different activities for the kids and I love that they have a fire station and suit that kids can dress up in as fireman. Jace also loved the restaurant. Jace also loved the restaurant and ice cream bar. As a matter of fact he didn’t want to leave! They also give each child a free snack which I think is very nice. Nella was the person working when we visited and she was very nice. The restrooms are VERY CKEAN. I highly recommend this establishment for kids 9 and under.

Truly the Best Birthday Party Experience We celebrated our daughter’s fourth birthday at Playtown Museum, and it was beyond what we hoped for. Every detail was handled with care, and we actually got to enjoy the day, stress-free. - Spotless: The entire place was sparkling clean. It felt safe, fresh, and welcoming. - Family-friendly design: From real changing tables to thoughtful bathroom setups, they’ve clearly thought of what parents actually need. - Amazing staff: Everyone was kind, attentive, and on top of everything. - Flawless service: We booked the Relax & Enjoy package, and it lived up to its name. They handled it all. - Beautifully decorated: The party setup was stunning, with thoughtful little details that made it feel truly special. - Delicious food: Perfect for kids and adults. - Top-tier entertainment: The character was a total pro, not just dressed up, but fully in character, engaging the kids like magic. Our daughter was absolutely glowing. It was joyful, smooth, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a birthday party spot that goes above and beyond, this is it.
