Terrible. I used to ALWAYS come here for my lingerie/bra needs but then the last few years have really changed. Everytime I come to this location or plantation I just feel uncomfortable and it's not just a one time thing, it's happened on a few occasions. The most recent being the usual not being able to find any help! But ofcourse when I start looking around and trying to help myself ofcourse that's when a few "ladies" decided to continuously ask me about applying for a credit card which I kept telling them and SHOWING that I already have one I just need HELP. But ofcourse they have enough time to profile you but no time at all to assist and point me In the right direction as per usual just brushing me off and "pretending " to go find someone to help me who never comes. Just another lady asking about a damn credit card. Like seriously I work in retail you can tell when someone is trying to keep their "eye" on you and that made me feel disappointed and uncomfortable in this store because I have NEVER had to go through that. I didn't see any of them going to the other ladies that were in there standing around longer questioning them about credit cards. Your customer service is terrible and you shouldn't make your guests feel uncomfortable and like they aren't worthy enough to be in there. I have been going to VS to get bras and with no dressing rooms I have to purchase them with my Angel card and take them home then back to exchange if they don't fit right. This is a lot of work. Yesterday I went in and asked where the unlined Demi bras were so I could get a couple in smooth. The first lady took me to three different one's, expensive ones. I had to say to her " This is the third time I have asked you and you keep trying to sell me on what you want". I was very upset at this point and my experience got worse from there. I was at the Demi bras and another employee came to help and handed me the wrong bra. I went on to look by myself. I was looking at sleep wear and the same lady who kept ignoring my request at the beginning says" If you want to check out there's nobody in line". I decided to leave she lost the sale for the sleep wear because I was fed up. At the counter I could not understand any Spanish, she had to get help. I have an angel card and she put all my bras in a sale bag. I had the original bag. It was insulting and I am not happy. HR needs to stop hiring ineffective people. I could go on and on about how poorly mismanaged this store is. VS is losing money by these ineffective people and forgetting where the money is coming from. Oh...they let me leave with the wrong size bra and I have to exchange that one now....
Read moreThe store CSR was rude and talked to me in a condescending manner, as if they were doing me a huge favor for returning a faulty bra. I had previously called the number on the bottom of the receipt, and The CSR over the phone, advised me to do the in-store return, and assured me that the store rep would not make a scene, well guess what happened? There was a scene, the customer service reps looking at me and whispering. Real professional...They also told me a manager named " Cynthia" would come and talk to me, she never showed her face. They proceeded to tell me that I could only do this type of return once and that this was a one time thing...This was the first time i did this type of return.... Why am i being threatened and treated like a liar??? You know that VS merchandise is not what it used to be, and there are always threads showing and the underwires are coming out.... I found the whole experience to be very unprofessional, embarrassing, and disappointing.
