If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. In all my time of shopping in retail stores as well as working in them I’ve never had a worse experience then coming into the Kenwood Alo. I walked in and the staff was insanely rude. I purchased items and the manager made a mistake on my order which truly was no big deal I totally understand and mistakes happen, I was refunded the wrong amount and was out over $50, I didn’t mind and was totally comfortable going back and having the problem fixed. The staff completely surrounded me talking down to me as if I’m wrong for the mistake of there staff, the girls were beyond nasty to me telling me to check my bank account and telling me I was wrong and I’m getting back what I should and I won’t get tax back which is false and not how refunds work. One girl a tall blonde girl told me I was wrong and I won’t get tax back and that’s why I was refunded 128 back for 138 pants. Another young blonde girl was radiating the most nasty mean girl energy I’ve ever witnessed in my life. It honestly disgusted me. I was extremely understanding and trying to just get the money I paid back. Eventually the manager realized she messed up on my transaction and was trying to figure out how to get my money back, I asked if I could just return everything and pay for what I bought and kept and she said no. She tried her best to do the math and told me I’m going to still be under a few dollars and that was my only option. Again, I am not upset for the mistake on the purchase because things do happen, but for the way I was treated by these girls specially the two blonde girls and that I was made to accept losing out on money because of the girls mistake is beyond me. For such a high end store I’m disgusted. I will not step into this store ever again and I recommend to others to order online. Shame on these girls I will stick to shopping at lululemon and other competitors so I never experience something like...
Read moreAbsolutely the worse customer service. Returned a shirt that my son bought cash. Keep in my mind my dad gave $100 for his Christmas gift. The shirt still has tags and we even had the original receipt. They said they will put the $90.55 on store credit, though the receipt said any return will be onto original form of payment and can be on store credit. They would not give us back our original receipt. And when called in she said they don’t have it bc it’s in the trash. I asked her to get it and she said one of the employees took out trash couple hours ago. That’s a lie. We were just there 30 minutes most. Is this how this store treats there customers? How crazy. If you go few stores down LuLulemon treats customers great and even have discounts for students, first responders and military. We tried to talk to Alo reps and basically either blowing us bc there so called luxury and we’re just lower class and want to control customers buying habits. It didn’t say will be on store credit. Absolutely bad service. We spoke with numerous customer reps on the phone and they said no will be on store credit only, but the receipt said back on original form of payment(cash). Spoke with a manager and she didn’t know the store return policy on the phone. Very deceiving. If I can give out no stars and them giving us stars I would gladly take a star. Save your money folks and shop at LuluLemon where your money will go far but most of all you can return items and they will gladly help ensuring customer service is truly customer service, not deceiving customers and just a number. Read moreI think this store has a safety or customer service issue. When I walked in, a tall 20-something employee was standing in the walkway. He exuded an attitude like he was guarding the store. I had to stop and wait while he stood in the walkway while another customer was looking at a shirt on a table. He made no attempt to be out of the way or politely move. I saw a mall police officer near the counter, so I asked a salesgirl if something was going on and if it was safe in the store. I mentioned the other employee seemed intense. She said a lot of thefts happen there. I've never seen thefts in Kenwood Mall stores and I would not like to be around stores...
