Today will be the last day I go to this Starbucks and maybe Starbucks as a whole again. Parking is never available because the lot only fits about 10 cars for both business which forces you to use the drive through. They other day I sat in the drive though line for 25 minutes before I got to the window to get my drink. Once you are in the drive though line, there is no escaping as there is retaining walls all around you. Today I went at 3PM in which the parking lot was full, so I went to the drive though because there was only 3 cars in line thinking it wouldn't take that long. I was wrong in thinking my last experience was just a bad day. I waited for 15 minutes to get to the window. They best part is, when I pull up they handed my a hot coffee drink verse my frappuccino that I had ordered. They lady taking the money said she didn't think she heard me right and figure I wanted a hot coffee since it was chilly out. I kindly respond no, I did want the frappuccino. She then respond by trying to sell me the hot coffee drink that she thought I wanted. I told her I wasn't interested in that drink and she asked what I wanted her to do. Nicely, I asked her if I could get a frappuccino like I had ordered. She thought for a minute and said, yes but it might take a minute and asked if I was willing to wait. I am thinking, well I don't really have a choice since I paid you already, second I have been here for 15+ minutes already and what is another 5 minutes out of my day. Sure I said. As she handed me my drink, she asked next time that I be more specific when I order my drink. I almost blew up on her, but I just pulled away. This in not the service you should get when you are buying $5.50 coffee. Starbucks needs to look back in the mirror at what made them the company there are today. Friendly, fast and...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern,
I visited the Kenwood, Ohio location that is situated in a small parking lot across the street from the Kenwood Mall this afternoon. I requested a frozen coffee and the order taker asked if I was looking for an iced coffee. I said I was looking for a coffee beverage that has blended ice and a little flavoring. He said a Frappuccino is what I needed. I said, “Oh a Frappuccino...okay! Can that be made with 1/2 the flavoring?” I was told yes. So I pull around and wait behind at least two cars who the window employee actually was telling and laughing about how a customer just ordered a “frozen coffee”. I didn’t say anything when I was at the window but after I left I noticed that my drink didn’t taste like it had any coffee in it. Not only did this person fail to listen to me and try to help me order the item I’m looking for...he ridiculed me to other customers not knowing my window was open and I heard everything! I check with a friend who used to work at Starbucks long ago and was informed that my order doesn’t have coffee. She said that I should’ve been told to order a cafe frap with the flavor I wanted and they can reduce the flavoring/sweetness like I asked. I rarely buy coffee out as I have freshly ground coffee delivered to my home on a weekly basis. I am not looking for a $5 coupon as I won’t come back. I have attached a photo of what I was served and I feel like he knew he was giving me something I didn’t ask for and that is terrible customer service. Also, I wouldn’t be as upset over him making fun of me to other clients had he bothered to get my request right.

Read moreI did a mobile order at the starbucks location inside the mall. I sent my associate down to pick it up for me because I had to be on a conference call. When she came back my caramel Frappuccino had no caramel drizzle and my plain bagel was a whole wheat bagel. I ran down there before opening my store and asked for caramel drizzle on my drink when I was then informed that they were out of drizzle and when I began to ask if I could be refunded for my bagel I was abruptly interrupted by the girl working, who I’m assuming was the manager, to tell me she asked my associate what other bagel I would want and my associate didn’t know so she just gave me whatever. This response would have been bad enough given the attitude behind it but she made a scene about what a big deal it was to give me a refund while rolling her eyes and huffing a puffing about how busy they were with the 3 people that were in line. I’ve had many bad experiences at this location but this was the final straw for me. I wasn’t rude when I asked about the drizzle or the bagel, as I too, work in customer service.. but they can’t expect to just give people different things than they ordered and assume it’s okay and act like it’s their fault when they ask for a refund. This is by far the most disrespected I’ve ever felt in a shopping environment and I will not be returning to...
