I bought jewelry here & when I got home the jewelry said it contained lead, cadmium & nickel in it & said it could cause all sorts of problems . So my friend & I went to return it & the girl at the cash register was very sweet but the computer didn’t recognize anything when she would scan the receipt. She tried it like 5 times. So she calls her manager for help & her manager comes over with a huge attitude & snaps at her & says jewelry is non-refundable . She doesn’t even look at us or apologize she just rolls her eyes & walks away. She was SUPER unprofessional & extremely rude to her employee. People wonder why help isn’t a thing for businesses this day of age, & it’s the managers that ruin it . The girl at the cash register looked at me sad & apologized & you could tell she felt bad . I told her “it’s okay it’s not your fault love.” One, shame on that manager for being so rude to her staff in front of customers. Two, shame on this company for putting toxic chemicals in their jewelry that can cause all sorts of health problems. After visiting Dillards, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and just about every other store at the Kenwood mall, I lost hope that I would find a dress for an upcoming wedding. When someone recommended Windsor, they exceeded my expectations. The prices were exponentially more affordable, yet the dresses were just as beautiful as the ones I saw at the other stores I just wish they had more styles/sizes. The best thing about this store is their employees. I spoke to a very kind employee named Amy who helped pick out several dresses in order to help me decide. She was patient, sweet, and genuine. I’ve worked in retail before and I know when someone just wants the sale. This was not the case with her, I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find a dress I was happy with. We came to shop at the mall from out of town to meet my daughter and went into forever 21 and they closed the dressing rooms because they were short staffed but had all the outside doors wide open! The manager was rude and said she had to while she folded clothes and I stated how can we try stuff on to buy? She shrugged her shoulders! I told her I won’t be coming back there to spend my money! We then walked right into Windsor and I went right up to Brandi and asked if there dressing rooms were open she said yes always! I explained what had and she was so willing and helpful!
