Kohl's — Local services in Symmes Township

I placed my order on Saturday. When I received the first part of the order on Wednesday, I received two completely mismatched shoes. I called customer service and requested the correct shoes be overnighted to me free of charge. I was given the option of placing a 2nd order with overnight delivery (which involved charging my card again) or sending out the correct shoes, but I would have to wait 3-5 business days for standard shipping. I told the representative David (ID 2978122) that was not acceptable and he needed to find a way to make it happen, because they screwed up, not me. He repeated the same thing again and I said then we need to involve a supervisor bc that's not acceptable. So, I'm cold transferred to a supervisor named Josh (ID 2645177) who tells me the same thing but in a very unprofessional, unsympathetic manner. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and he had no business being in retail or a service based role. I'm over shopping at Kohls anymore. I've had nothing but problems the last few times I've ordered from them. This was the last nail...

I arrived at the store to shop for my birthday! I had one hour to shop before the store closed. I was super excited as I was finding so many items which usually doesn’t happen. At 9:40 PM, an African American employee randomly comes up to me and states the store will be closing in 20 minutes, as if I am not aware and even had my phone in my cart checking time. Who does this? Then I went to the dressing room to try on a few items and with 6 minutes left, another employee comes to my dressing room snd says I only have 3 minutes left. I can’t believe how poorly this establishment is run. I get to the register to check out and ask for a manager. Mindy appears, I express my concerns and she barely apologizes. I am still expressing my concerns and she walks away. I was really close to putting back all of my items. I spent 332.00 and am digested at the business model here. The place wonders why many locations have closed. Horrible...

I usually love Kohls swimsuit selection every summer season but this summer's are terrible! :( I personally like my swimsuit to have bright colors or brighter colors. This seasons swimsuit colors at Kohls look like fall colors. They're olive green, burnt orange, brick red and I guess wearing a "real bikini" is no longer in style? They have lots of 2 piece's with the top a tankini style which to me is like wearing a tank top shirt and when I swim I like getting some sun on my skin and tankinis cover alot of skin. They also have lots of tops that will leave X tan lines on your chest! Again, NO WAY!!! Maybe I missed all the cute swimsuits at Kohls this year? I dont know but I do know I will buy 1 elsewhere.
