I am completely baffled and unsure how I got conned into agreeing to let my child stay at your facility but whatever consent I had given is now being revoked.

My child has been there since Wednesday of last week and not once have I spoken with Spoken with the case manager on the phone.

Since My child has been at that facility, he has more access to THC and self-harming. When I called this morning to express my concerns, I was essentially told that y'all don't care that they have their THC PENS IN THEIR ROOM AT 1AM AND SMOKING THEM - despite the "no touch checks."

My child has endured enough trauma and I thought that he was going to be going to a place that had structure. That was going to support him doing his schoolwork. Or least support him going to therapy/getting help. He had an appointment at Seattle Children's Hospital that he missed today, last Friday he had TWO appointments missed. And one of them I even called beforehand and was told that he would be there.

We have already been dealing with this trauma since January and this is nothing more than just another facility that does not care about him or his welfare.

I had no idea that he would just be walking the streets of Tacoma smoking pot and just being able to kick back and on his phone until 2am. If that was the terms I would have NEVER AGREE.

I guess its not surprising though since the staff comes to work smelling like weed and being high themselves. What a great example they...
