Our first time. I had my nephews and niece, so I figured this place would be perfect. The service was superb. My waitress was very patient while we waited for everyone to arrive and get dropped off. She even accommodated us with a larger seating area. Salad is offered before your meal, and ice cream afterwards. (Not an array, just three flavors-chocolate not included) The Sicilian Garlic Cheese bread was the only thing I enjoyed. The salad was subpar, which could be expected because it's complimentary. Maybe I'm not an expert on Italian Food, but my food was really bland. I ordered the Cheese and Spinach Ravioli, and I don't think salt would have made a difference. Like i said maybe, pasta should be bland???! Not sure. I asked the kids who ordered: -Kid's Spaghetti with marinara -Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine -Chicken Parmigiana. Each of them rated their meal -3 out of 5 stars. I rated my meal - 2 which overall averaged out to an 2.75 - but with the beverages, waitstaff and service we rounded up to 3. 😁 However, I didn't care for the atmosphere. My basketball star nephew, who had just played 2 games that day, won and was dropped off at the restaurant- accidently left his backpack (containing his hoop shoes) behind. We later called and left my number should it turn up. We also stopped by before closing, to check with their lost and found, but no one had turned it in. So now, in the middle of his season and a game the next day- he's without his hoop shoes. (Size 13-Pink, Giannis Antetokounpo's) I'm trying not to wish ill on the person who took off with a 12 yr old's hoop shoes... Luckily for us- he didn't realize this until after dinner later that evening, so it didn't ruin our entire day. ... I guess now, I gotta come out the pocket for some new kicks- my nephew probably thanks you. I do not.

Stepping into The Spaghetti Factory feels like a journey back to a time when comfort and flavor reigned supreme. With every visit, I'm reminded of why this charming eatery holds a special place in my heart. First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and freshness. However, it's the pesto dressing that truly steals the show for me. Vibrant and bursting with herbaceous goodness, it elevates even the simplest of dishes to culinary excellence. From the classic spaghetti to the hearty lasagna, every bite is a testament to the care and craftsmanship that goes into each recipe. One of the standout features of The Spaghetti Factory is its unwavering dedication to being kid-friendly. As a parent, finding a restaurant that caters to both adult palates and little ones' tastes can be a challenge, but The Spaghetti Factory effortlessly strikes the perfect balance. With a diverse kids' menu and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a place where families can come together to enjoy a delicious meal without any fuss. And let's not forget the parking! It may seem like a small detail, but the addition of convenient parking has made a world of difference. No more circling the block endlessly or worrying about finding a spot—now, I can simply pull up and indulge in my favorite pasta dishes without a care in the world. In conclusion, The Spaghetti Factory is more than just a restaurant; it's a cherished tradition that never fails to delight. Whether you're craving a taste of nostalgia or simply seeking out exceptional Italian cuisine, this establishment delivers on every front. With its stellar food, family-friendly atmosphere, and newfound convenience of parking, it's no wonder The Spaghetti Factory remains a beloved culinary destination for all.

So much to say… I’ll start with saying, the reason why we didn’t complain to the waiter is bc we sensed he was new and didn’t want to give him a hard time. We order our drinks first, one water was forgot(no big deal) The waiter presented the soups, we were only told about minestrone or salad but we overheard the other waiters offering a couple of choices.. I say again, (no big deal) We ordered cheese bread for our appetizer. We received our soups 1st, and was told that it was taking a little longer then expected. Im thinking again no big deal bc we’ll get the complementary bread while we wait... Well, we never received it. When our cheese bread came out, you could tell it was overcooked (You can kind of tell from the pic) Agian, I’m thinking yaknow ..no big deal #4 A different gentleman brings out our main courses which was jumbo lobster and shrimp filled raviolis. Visually. It looked good, so I immediately start to dig in and noticed it wasn’t hot at all. I look up at my boyfriend and he’s holding a piece of his ravioli for me to bite. I’m wondering, why would he do that because we ordered the same plate… But I bit it anyway, and his was ice cold! At that point I say, let’s just go and we’ll cook it all the way through at home. The waiter comes and checks on us. I tell him to get us some boxes and the check please. The boxes he brought out were these small cardboard boxes that u see in the picture. We had PASTA WITH SAUCE and I’m supposed to shove these JUMBO raviolis in this small box? Pretty sure whatever sauce I had left that cardboard will soak up. I wish I would’ve took pictures of the food to give y’all more insight but because it was so disappointing, I wasn’t inspired to, and my phone ALWAYS eats first!

This was the a very disappointing experience for us and if I give it a zero I would. The food was actually very good and there were several servers ( who were not our servers) that were extremely kind and helpful. But overall the service was horrible - from the hostess to the manager in charge. I had reserved for this event, my daughters birthday, three weeks in advance. It was for a larger group (14 - ended up being 15 - more on that later) so that is why I had set it up early. We arrived to our reservation early, which was okay, we understood we had to wait, but per the hostesses - who seemed very put out about the thought of a table of 14 and were extremely rude that we were early ( despite us saying we understood) ended up not seating us until 2:10, which was 10 minutes after our reservation time. I had requested that since there were 13 girls and 2 parents (my husband and I) if we could take a separate table for the two of us so they could have their privacy. This took another ten minutes to figure out because they were stating that this created issues for the server. We were patient with this but during this time NOBODY came to our table to at least start serving the girls water or bread or anything. Finally 30 minutes after our reservation, and 20 after we sat down, we were able to track someone down to get the waitress to come to take our order. Again this waitress seemed completely put out and acted like she was doing us a favor. She put in our food order - promised us water and bread and again - nothing - so another ten minutes goes by and FINALLY a waitress that was not ours came over to ask if we needed anything since she had seen us sitting for so long - she was able to get us water and bread... the food came (fairly quickly) and was very good no complaints there. Then it was time for desserts - I had told them it was my daughters birthday and there was no recognition of that AT ALL - and the waitress never came out ( actually we never saw her again) and I had to ask another waitress if they could help us - this waitress who was just clocking on was so nice and accommodating - she immediately took the girls orders and brought out the ice cream . The manager came out to talk to us and was very condescending and stated that because we had one more person than we originally booked for, it was the reason for the cause of the bad service ...and just left it at that. This was a very big bill for us (over $400.00) and I was very disdapointed in the treatment from the management and some of the staff. We will nst...

The team recently dined at the Old Spaghetti Factory and had quite a mixed experience.

Starting with the positives, the food was absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. From the robust spaghetti sauces to the al dente pasta, the kitchen surely deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars. The dessert, chocolate cake, was the cherry on top, a heavenly concoction that ended the meal on a high note.

The atmosphere was equally impressive. The Old Spaghetti Factory is renowned for its charm and unique interior, which didn't disappoint. Each room is filled with antique touches and beautiful decor that transport you back in time, making the whole dining experience very special. It was lively yet comfortable, enhancing the overall dining experience. I was particularly taken by the trolley car seating, a nostalgic touch that added to the overall charm. The atmosphere also warrants a 5-star rating.

However, the service was unfortunately not up to par with the excellence of the food and atmosphere. Our waiter was slow to take our orders, seemingly more occupied with other tables. We felt a bit neglected, as if we were not as important as other customers. On top of that, our order was mixed up; we were given the wrong appetizers, and some of our entrees were missing. To make matters worse, our drinks were never offered to be refilled, leaving us thirsty throughout the meal. It seemed as if our table was not a priority, and that really took away from the overall experience. For this, I can only give the service a 3 out of 5 stars.

All in all, the Old Spaghetti Factory is a restaurant with fantastic food and an extraordinary atmosphere, but our experience was marred by subpar service. I would still recommend this restaurant for the culinary experience, but hopefully, they can improve on their service in the future. As it stands, it's a strong establishment that could be exceptional with a bit more attention to...
