My parents had a mini mart we have been here for 10 years and then they give us a letter not even explaining why they want to move on I mean we are not mad but we have a lot of people there that depend on this mini mart and I know there not gonna put nothing good in here just like they where doing before we moved in they had someone before but he obviously could not last at the end of the day it's there property but so where not putting up a fight but I have some things to say about this building sense I been here it seems like FBI management could not keep a good crew or a good team both management or maintenance the floors and the walls are just now being painted but they're only just now being painted because of this lawsuit their elevator was broken for almost a year straight there are spiders all around the apartment complex when we first came here this place was ran spotless I don't know what's going on with fpi management but I feel like that management company is going to get the owner of this building into a lot of trouble I've kept my tongue held just for the simple fact of trying to keep this store for the elderly people around here you guys obviously don't care about what these people need and if you did then you would have gave us a explanation or a reason and why you don't want a mini Mart in your establishment even though most of your tenants I'm mad that we're even moving out but it's fine though we wish you the best of luck we will miss all of our customers and for you the owners of the vintage I choose sincerely hope you take better care of your business cuz right now it's looking like the only reason why you care about this place is because you have money hanging...

Grandmother lived here. anyone visiting her including family, caretakers, and elderly and or infirmed friends need to park no less then a block away. Then call to be let in. At which point my grandmother would have to come down and all the way to the main entrance to let them in and bring them all the way back to her place.

Fire alarms are all connected to a building wide alarm. So when at 2 am someone burns their toast the alarm sounds and everyone is to evacuate without using the elevator including from the third and fourth floors. And no one does a welfare check after everything is resolved to see if anyone needed assistance down or back up.

The fines for late fees are rediclious. If my grandmother is in the hospital as elderly people tend to need to do from time to time and not able to pay their rent on time there is no excuse or leniency accepted. 100$ due by the 5th and if your on fixed income and can not afford the fine you will receive an eviction notice.

The apartments have a contract with Click Cable you can not use another cable company. If you go through click directly it is only a couple of dollars a month. However the management will tell you it is 30$ a month and it must be bought through them.

We went in to apply for a two bedroom unit. What a huge mistake to say the least. After we turned in our app we visiting with some of the residents we were told the staff was rude and very short with a lot of them I even witnessed an elderly man speaking with the young lady @ the counter he was asking for help to adjust his Walker. I was stunned to hear her say "I Dont have time for this today" so we took the 2 minutes and fixed it. I also witnessed anouther elderly lady trying to ask a question and the staff person just kept wiping the front desk then turned and walked out shutting the door and cutting her off. Then to top it off we were sent a letter from the complex starting the credit service they used "On Spot" denied is. We put in 2 applications as we are not married the fee came to $80.00 We both spoke to on spot in Texas. We were shocked to find out they did not even sent it and refused to return our fee. I would never put a family member on here to treat seniors this way is a disgrace. I would recamend any one thinking of moving a loved one in to spend time visiting the residents you will get the truth that way. I would never give them a dime for an application as they keep it and will LIE right to your face. Be Aware all is not what it seems on the surface at this complex....
