I frequent this location regularly because it is close to my office but today was my last visit. I ordered in the drive thru but when I received my order it was incorrect. I received items I didn't order. My order was entered incorrectly and instead of voiding the incorrect ticket and making a new one the employee attempted to fix the problem by trading the chips I didn't order for the drink I did order. I proceeded to check the sandwich but it was also incorrect as it was missing cheese. Instead of resolving the problem a second employee who made the sandwich tried to stand there and argue with me about whether it was there. Teresa the manager/owner operator of the establishment was also present and decided to wrap a piece of cheese and hand it to me through the window. At every Subway I have ever been to they do not hand you missing items. If they make your sandwich incorrectly, they are supposed to re-make it. Read moreI’m not sure who Mary is, but I had an issue with the employee while I was driving up in the parking lot on day 06/ 22/ 23 around 6:25 pm. There was barely any parks so I tried to find what was available, however she was sitting in front of a park I needed so I went ahead and pulled in. Me making sure i didn’t pull up close enough to hit her, she decided to still sit there on the phone then seconds later threw a middle finger at me and walked back into subway. I don’t know who this young lady is, but she was very rude and I never have a problem with any of the employees at this store. All i know about her is that her hair is blonde, she’s Caucasian, and had on a subway shirt. Hopefully y’all can find some more respectable employees, because she isn’t professional at all!! Read moreI come to this subway at least once a week sometimes twice a week. They black guy you had working tonight 1/7 you could definitely tell he did not won't to be there. Very slow at fixing sandwiches could not hear him when he spoke. Just awful customer service. Then the older women came in I'm thinking but hoping it wasnt Theresa because if it was I definitely see the problem here. She is rude herself. She came in threw her car keys down on the table made a real loud noise. Theresa you need too hire employees that can handle the load of inside customers and online orders and drive thru.
