Although I wasn’t a fan of the crafts of this shop, you got to hand it to the staff here. They are super duper sweet and even have a little game every customer can play when they walk in, and the game is genius. It almost forces you to look at their products, but trust me doing so is a blast. I wish I liked something enough to buy from here, but in all honesty, I should have. If I’m not mistaken, I believe a lot of their products are autism-centered, so perhaps a portion of the profits goes towards autism research. If that’s not the case, maybe it should be! I believe this store has a wonderful story behind it, and I recommend anyone in the area at least give it a look and play the game! One thing I can recommend the owners do, however, is change the lighting. Please. Compared to the vibe surrounding the place, the lighting is extremely harsh and bluish. I recently had the pleasure of holding a company event/team building experience at Obsessions Gift Shop enjoying their splatter paint experience. We were able to get our entire team involved all at once and had so much fun painting (when we weren't purposefully getting paint on each other). The team at Obsessions was great from working through their options beforehand, explaining/working with our team before we started painting, and all the way through our art drying and subsequent pickup of said art. They helped us add some company flair to one of our art pieces and were super helpful during our time onsite. Our staff had such a great time creating their own art and team memories. I highly recommend them for any art-based group events, and they have many more art options other than splatter paint that we chose. It is a great experience for all ages and all abilities. What a delightful experience! The owner was there painting with her daughter and she was such an angel. She was so good to us and our little two year old son who is very curious. The owner was very accommodating and happy to help our little boy so he could watch her paint.

The gifts are lovely, everything is locally made. We were told they are even going to start doing community art on weekends which sounds like such a blast.
