Won’t go back here felt very unwelcomed by the saleswoman. Got bad vibes from her from the moment I walked in. Then I asked her a simple question, and she was very rude and unwilling to help. So I left and won’t be back. I’m giving two stars because the place has a good selection of crystals and oils. So usually places that sell crystals, have a selection of tarot or oracle cards. I asked her if they have pouches for tarot cards, or tarot card holders. She just gave me a dirty look and said “no”. And walked away. She wasn’t busy with other customers. It was just very rude. Also on my way out the door, I noticed that they did have pouches that a deck of cards could fit into, so she could’ve suggested those items to me. But instead she chose to be rude so I won’t be back there for crystals or anything else for that matter. I was going to purchase a large slab of labradorite, but chose to put it back because I don’t want to have those vibes hanging around my house. My mother was in town for the weekend and being from Berkley CA, I wanted to show her something cultural that Tampa FL had to offer; previously she's been disappointed with her visits. We went to Ybor and walked around the streets, had lunch, and happened across this beautiful window front that pulled us in. Before I knew it I was making plans to return with a bigger car so that I could buy more of the things that she liked and wanted for mothers day. Needless to say, if you love a worldly vibe, hand made pieces, and variety, definitely treat yourself and stop in. My mom left claiming that by far this was the best trip. Went into this store with my family, and tried to open a Spanish hand fan, we asked the guy politely if it was closed, because we didn’t want to damage it trying to open the fan and his answer was “now it’s closed” he said something down the lines that it’s good quality that’s why it’s difficult to open. When I did open it he started clapping like a child very sarcastically saying that it was opened. I have never encountered this type of behavior from a salesperson or owner.
