Yesterday I tried to have a dinner with my wife at this place,for starters, they had a kid on the food line with long hair and no hairnet.
That's just a start,the manager it seems was not talking to him in a manner that encouraged a new employee to learn. They no longer carry plant based proteins and for ten dollars I believe that should be an option for those who eat predominantly or solely vegetarian r vegan food. Moreover the rice was hard and bits of it was hardly edible. The food wasn't enjoyable,the atmosphere was negative,the manager could be heard complaining about the employees and seems to hate her job.
My wife said I should have said something,I said I'll just eat this food and never come back. For thirty bucks for two entrees and two drinks, that's a lot of money for crappy service, crappy food and even when we left my sweet wife said, goodnight,to which the manager didn't even acknowledge us.
Lady,if you hate your job that much,get another one because in this economy I can promise you that someone's gunning for that job.
Lastly, I emailed their survey, feedback link, not that it will make a difference. Oh and there's no corporate number it seems either...

Read moreI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, using a buy-one-get-one discount. The amount of chicken on my burrito was very small, so I politely asked the staff to add a little more. At no point was I told there would be an extra charge for this. However, when I got to the register, I was charged an additional $4.60 for the extra chicken.
To make things worse, the chicken quantity in the bowl was perfectly adequate, so it felt inconsistent. They also ran out of fajitas for my bowl and only made fresh ones for the burrito. Despite these inconveniences, I was still charged extra.
As a customer, this experience felt frustrating and unfair. Clear communication about charges and consistent service are the least I expect, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short. I won’t be returning...
