Burger King — Restaurant in Tampa

As I am waiting for my food of 4 orginal chicken sandwiches, jr wopper & a few more items, it's late so i lean down on my elbows on the to-go counter inside the establishment, i see a manager for some reason take a few not just 1 but a few cooked burger patties, individualy put them on the silver like table, "work station" no paper underneath, but the space was filled with other food debris, takes a paper cup & used it as like a cookie cutter ON... THE... PATTIES... uhhhhm sir, ma'am what is he doing back there i ask? He says oh idk what i am talking about it's on a cutting board, starts getting really defensive about the whole thing. I ask the guy that rang up my order if my sandwich was already made he said yes, uhmmm please someone remake my sandwich or lets offer my money back niether was asked so i told someone to please remake, guy still in the back saying idk what i saw i saw it all wrong & wanted to keep arguing the fact that he was caught probably cross contaminating food buy also touching every other thing back there i was just glad at the end that i was able to see the guy that rung up my order remake my food & when a line girl bagging an order dropped a brown paper bag on the floor that was for drive thru, chose to get a different one & throw the other bag away. So needless to say- NOT RETURNING. & OH SIDE NOTE this burger king was just tore down & rebuilt to make this place better well it didn't make the people better. & i could really keep going on how not fresh my husband's chkn snd was...

I go up here every night after I get off of work to grab food on my way home because I work late nights and it's one of the few things that are still open.I ride a motorcycle and i was told tonight after coming here several times in the last 6 months at the same time (11:30pm)and they always hear me on the mics and take my order in drive tru i sat there for 10mins while nobody said a word so i pulled forward along with another truck that was in front of me and the girl said" that supposedlyour motorcycle wasn't heavy enough to get picked up on the drive thru mic she didn't hear me and because it's night time and I ride a "bike" I'm not able to get served then when I told the girl she's served me just this week and that ive never once had the issue of my bike not being heavy enough to be heard at the same time every night she said she hadn't ever seen me then corrected herself and said she remembered our motorcycle and then tried saying they had zero food after I watched her serve another customer right ahead of me. Honestly usually wouldn't even leave reviews like this but after all the bs I figured might as well let other bikers know not to go apparently any time of night because it doesn't matter what time if the sky is dark and you're on a "bike" of any kind you won't be severed at least by the female that works there the older African American man who works there is awesome and so easy going and does his job well he needs a raise...

Try and going to this Burger King for breakfast once again I really don't know why I keep wasting my time showing up here even though there's workers inside if you try driving through the drive-thru to place an order good luck.. because if you don't sit there waiting and waiting for somebody to come over the speaker to take your order then this morning was even worse they did not come to the speaker to take my order at all I thought something was wrong with the speaker so I went to the other drive-thru part then after sitting there for a while still with no worker taking my order I then thought they might be closed this morning for some reason so I drove up to the first I see people working in there but nobody comes to so then I drive up to the second once again I see people working but nobody comes to the window at this point I give up with morning Burger King just went across the street to McDonald's this happens every single morning the first three weeks of this Burger King opening up was amazing service great people but now forget it can never get anybody to take an order at this Burger King they might as well close down I don't even see how this restaurant is staying open just this morning there was three of us in line trying to order and all three of are vehicles went across the street to McDonald's I really hope management sees this and get some good employees working for this Burger I really...
