Came into the store to order something through the cashier so I can get free shipping to my home and the employee ordered the wrong item. Therefore, I had to drive back to the store to tell them that they ordered the wrong item and I’m just gonna get the one that’s already in the store. I had to cancel the order to make sure that I didn’t receive the wrong item and still get the one that I wanted so when I went into the store to buy the item that I actually wanted and see if they can price match it to how much I paid for the item that they ordered incorrectly because all I wanted was a size difference However, the manager wouldn’t give me the price that I paid even though it was the employee’s fault that the wrong item was ordered. Resulting in me losing my five dollar reward and having to pay full price. Employee acknowledge that it was their fault and the manager still had nothing to say. After I paid for the item, the employees continue to talk about the whole situation and asking if she was right or wrong in front of me. What happened to the customer is always right culture. This was my first time shopping in any Hollister store, and I had a great experience. The young woman working here was super helpful. I asked her about a pair of shorts being on sale and even though the ones I had weren't, she found another pair exactly the same that were and gave me another at the same price. She also signed me up for rewards which gave me an extra 25% off, so I left with 2 pairs of shorts for less than $30 and very happy. I wish I got her name, but she was a very attractive African-American woman. I will be going back...

Came in today with my daughter not once were we greeted and there was 3-4 employees ( young white girls) gathered just socializing right in front. After going in & looking at a rack an employee ( young Hispanic girl) literally reached across my face and moved the clothes I was looking at to hang up a skirt. No excuse me or anything.
