OAKLEY — Local services in Tampa

Just left this store after being sent there from their other store in Brandon to pick up some glasses they didn’t have in stock in Brandon. The manager in Brandon called them to let them know I was on my way to buy 2 pairs of glasses that were on sale there but were out of stock in that store. Driving accross town in this traffic is never pleasant especially at this hour, it’s a 1/2 hour away and more in this traffic but I wanted these and committed to buy them after thhe Brandon staff went out of their way to help me find them. However, when we got here the manager at this store at International Plaza said they could not honor the price quoted in Brandon! I told him to call the manager in Brandon and confirm and he simply said there was nothing they could do as he continued doing whatever he was doing without really seeming interested in trying to resolve the issue! Poor customer service and very poor attitude by this manager altogether. I am a huge Oakley collector but will never...

100% 5 star experience!!

Needed new sunglasses figured what better place. I went in and was help by a guy named dan He was super knowledgeable about all the frames lenses I told him the style I wanted and he spent a great deal of time making sure to go over every lens/frame combo within that style and a few others.

He helped us with all available color options frame options and accessories after 2 hours that went by like 5 minutes he assembled my custom flak 2.0 and I couldn't be happier we even got a ready made pair for my fiancee.

Dan was super kind super knowledgeable and super Accommodating I feel he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and this has cemented the fact I will do all future business here with him.

It was straight, they were helpful I guess , they brought out the wrong pair of glasses the first time , kind of left me hanging in the front of the store while they scrambled to figure out where the pair of glasses I WANTED were located. The gentleman that helped me had a cut , his bandage fell off . It just rolled around on the ground with his blood , probably still counting to roll around as we speak . I ended up with a pair of Seattle seahawk glasses. Thought I was just getting the style and color way of these oakleys. Appreciate they were NFL themed. Yes it says it’s nfl themed on the glasses put NO ONE TOLD me there was a damn seahawk on the lenses!! Lol...
