Not sure why there isnât a way to respond to your reply but itâs important to clarify a few things. I asked for double peanut butter and double cocoa nibs, Iâve asked for this every time Iâve come (multiple times a week) and have never had issues but even if you could give double that would not be an issue for me. I did not receive ANY cocoa nibs or coconut flakes and instead received goji berries which I cannot eat. The granola that night was also so stale it made most of the bowl inedible. Some of the staff also wasnât in uniform and called us by number instead of name so forgive me for assuming they were new. Also this was the least full bowl you guys have ever handed me so Iâm not sure why you are focused on the fact that you filled it up. It wasnât full and the entire thing was wrong and inedible. Again Iâm here constantly. I wouldnât leave a review if this just about my bowl not looking prettyâŚ

I was the only one up there so after I got my first 2 drinks I tossed my receipt, then the women with glasses gave me an attitude because I didn't have my receipt .I told her she can ask the cashier if she doesn't believe me, even though I was the only customer there. Then I asked her for an extra cup to split the smoothie for my kids. She told me no. I told her you can charge me $1 or $2 whatever you need to my kids are just fighting over it. She told me no no.
