Gofruit Juice Bar — Restaurant in Tampa

Not sure why there isn’t a way to respond to your reply but it’s important to clarify a few things. I asked for double peanut butter and double cocoa nibs, I’ve asked for this every time I’ve come (multiple times a week) and have never had issues but even if you could give double that would not be an issue for me. I did not receive ANY cocoa nibs or coconut flakes and instead received goji berries which I cannot eat. The granola that night was also so stale it made most of the bowl inedible. Some of the staff also wasn’t in uniform and called us by number instead of name so forgive me for assuming they were new. Also this was the least full bowl you guys have ever handed me so I’m not sure why you are focused on the fact that you filled it up. It wasn’t full and the entire thing was wrong and inedible. Again I’m here constantly. I wouldn’t leave a review if this just about my bowl not looking pretty…

I usually love this place and the ladies who work there but tonight there were all new staff and they completely butchered my açaí bowl. Half the toppings I ordered were missing and replaced with things i didn’t order. So...

WORST SERVICE EVER! I spent $27 on 3 drinks. I was the only one up there so after I got my first 2 drinks I tossed my receipt, then the women with glasses gave me an attitude because I didn't have my receipt .I told her she can ask the cashier if she doesn't believe me, even though I was the only customer there. Then I asked her for an extra cup to split the smoothie for my kids. She told me no. I told her you can charge me $1 or $2 whatever you need to my kids are just fighting over it. She told me no no. I can't believe the service here. I asked for 1 cup after spending $28. She gave me a straw no problem but REFUSED to give me a cup. I will be contacting higher ups.
