I ordered items via their website, but in -store with one of their sales people. He swore up and down that I'd have my items "in like 2 days" despite the fact that when placing the order it said something like 6-10. I brought this up to the salesperson since I'm about to leave on a long trip, and I either need these items on time and/or I need to be spending that time shopping for something else appropriate. He AGAIN said "trust me, you'll definitely have in like 2 days." It is now nearly 7 days later and IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED!!!!!! I leave in 3 days!!! And their customer service is absolutely less than useless.
Your salespersons mouth wrote a check that it couldn't cash. The very least customer service could do is twist themselves out of some dumb yoga pose and ship my item immediately overnight at their expense.
As far as I can tell, garbage customer service and a complete lack of accountability is the modus operandi of Lululemon. I haven't shopped there in over 10 years due to a previously abysmal customer service experience. I can see their practices have gone from bad to worse.
And cool it with the "Educator" thing. It's beyond creepy. Very cult of personality! You're selling over-priced yoga pants....just...it actually makes me want to take a shower.

She attempted to flirt with my boyfriend (making him feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable) while I was in the dressing room, make fun of my name and it's spelling (not sure exactly how hard it is to spell "Madison" on the changing room door) to him, and once I showed him my outfit, which I felt really cute in by the way, she proceeded to make fun of my body screaming, "BBL! BBL! That girl DEFINITELY has surgery!" All while she's standing less than 12 inches from the changing room door and less than 2 feet away from my significant other and every single changing station is FULL of people. I don't have surgery and to hear someone mock my name, the way I look, and attempt to throw herself at my boyfriend was all too much! Her acne, lack of hygiene, and her outer appearance definitely correlates to her disgusting personality. I will NOT be shopping at this location again while she is still employed here. I get to the register to purchase and Iām told they canāt sell them to me because of the sell price being low. I told them that they were on the sale rack and thatās why I wanted to purchase them. The cashier has a manger come over to tell me that one of their employees had priced them incorrectly so they couldnāt sell them to me. I told them that it wasnāt my mistake so I should be able to purchase the pants. The manger named Nora basically laughed in my face and told me she canāt and wonāt sell them to me. I understand your quality promise, the quality employees and the employee was rude and dismissive. Maybe Nora didnāt get the lesson on your quality promise when she was hired. My daughter was with me and needed a different size from her fitting room. She asked an employee if she could bring her the size she needed and she rolled her eyes at my daughter. I wish I could give them zero stars. Our military family will take our business elsewhere...
